That email definitely is suspicious, but even if Kevin did in fact send it he caneeds just say he was asking because he was trying to make Chris think he was genuinely interested to try to find out for Eabele how many of his snakes Chris had left and how many he sold.

That would have been the sensible card to play, but since he flat-out denied the exchange took place, that ship done sailed. While it wouldn't necessarily have any impact on how Eabele's claims are perceived, if the email's legit, it makes Kevin look like the same kind of sleazy opportunist that Keeney appears to be.
 
I fully expect him to use this now that someone offered up excuses. Unfortunately he was exposed as liar, I knew it would be caught eventually.
Here's my last post in closing as like I said the lies and inability to go back and correct issue and say sorry is non exsistance.

1. Yes unfortunately do to lies I am in possession of animals at rate Eabele sent in order to save $900 or so dollars. I only and always stated I paid off contract as it set in full. If Eabele would have never joined in Kevin's crap back when, I am positive we would not be here now. But because I am a blessed person with financial means kevin probably told Eabele this is way to do it and get back snakes ASAP and I'll sell for you. You see I was already geared up and had designers for new store I was set to open three months back. It makes zero since for me to want to steal someone's animals for whatever value to not make a projected price in return of 145-165 k a year from a nice retail chain that I was going to be invested in at 250k to open. The logic is still not there. I had already excucuted the return of snakes though CITES. Since Eabele was unable to correct his fraud and then he jump on Kevin's ban wagon. I know have huge losses.

2. All I ever wanted after this started was an apology and a way to correct my representation. Do I make grammatical mistakes, yes mostly due to me in anger and trying to have voice recongntion catch up with my spoken thoughts do to lack of time before server kicks me out and forces re login. Should I have proof reed by all means yes. I however know that you guys are intelligent enough to grasp the gist of what I am saying. I also believe that my time is better spent with family and work.

3. I gave Eabele one last shoot to correct issue and apologize. We could have found a third party moderator to go over my losses and come to an agreement of how to rectify situation. I can only assume that he fears criminal prosecution and or damage done to his name correcting it this late in game. For the most part I think Eabele is a good guy but he backed wrong person and went about this in wrong way, and even now he could repair his name and have the support he needs. I still do not want animals and want the right to recoupe my losses. However I don't want to be involved in gene any longer do to gene issues and this problem.

4. This hole issue started with a liar stating I stole animals off of another's fear. The person that started lie was not even origanaly involved and know to be untrustworthy. If you look back Eabele only commented later on strings that Kevin started. When we do things out of fear, sometime we do irrational things that make since at time. If you ever do business with me I always do all thing in accordance to law and regulations, zero justification to save a thousand dollars. It's always better to pay ceaser what is owed then to stand before a majisteate in order to safe a few bucks.
