All Chris is doing is trying to distract from the key point. All this talking about the paperwork is nonsense. The paperwork proofs the animals were imported by him and exported by me. That has never been a secret nor was it questioned by anyone. The paperwork comes with every legal import, it doesn't take away or has anything to do with the financial agreements upon parties.

This asking for apologies thing is just ridiculous. I really don't know why I should do that. I think it's exactly the other way around, to say the least!

I believe I have done enough to make Chris change his mind, I have given him time enough I think... All he can do now to fix this is to pay for the snakes I have sent him. He had the chance to return them when I came all the way from Holland to California. What could I do more than I have done? In the meanwhile my snakes an I suffer big time like I already pointed out.

Anyway, I am repeating myself. This drama has to end. My attorney will take it from here.

Can someone familiar with the import/export process for boas please list what entries must appear on the US F&G and/or Customs paperwork, and which party (sender or recipient) is supposed to fill out each portion of the documentation?

Main idea is deceleration and value and use must match.
Example you can't make a sworn declaration to fact of Value being only worth 1000.00 then have recieving party try to sell for you for $100,000.00

Not really sure I'd wholly agree with your assessment of the language used. It's bland and not particularly well-written in any sense of the term, which doesn't rule out either party. I think it could have been written by either one, honestly.

Regarding the capitalization habits you'd mentioned, the emails that Kevin just sent me seem to contradict the idea that he does it consistently.

Something's been bothering me about the email that Chris had sent me last night. Maybe I'm just imagining grumpkins, but do those breaks in the blue lines look odd to anyone else? I looked through what emails I had saved and haven't seen that particular thing happen in any other email. In all the rest, once the vertical blue line ends, it never picks up again after such a short gap. It just seems off to me. I think we need an good IT person on the case.

Thats what happens when you start editing and changing it. Try it for yourself. Edit an existing email and see what happens. IT people can confirm this i am sure.

It was a copy and paste into the email and not original. I saw the headers of the email (copied not forwarded), but they were alerted also. I do not believe the text in that email to have come from Kevin.

Just you becuase you can't do simple math and I never said I devalued animals or defrauded his own Goverment. My person is not on trial a piece of document copied at least 6 times I'm told and given along the way is either fraud or true. When I send my copy in they will confirm it matches his that originated from Natherlands. I could be a unlicensed handyman going around telling people I'm licensed. Defraud taxes by taking cash only and having Neighbor cash and or right checks on a church account so it's none traceable. If I was a fraud like that then they would not care becuase hard proof out trumps any character flaws which I'll also have a sqeeky clean record with zero mug shoots. Can you say the same?

No you are misunderstanding I would tell attorney full truth we have text and desgussions about deals but nothing signed. I also submitted a declaration page with my signature. This declartion statement was either in fraud or a new breeding agreement. I decide under my own free will to send snakes anyway even after Chris said to only send origanal snakes pre paid. This declartion page got Chris into some troubles and angerd him, he stated he was returning snakes but then someone else stated he stole them, unfortunately I agreed and went along with it this causing Chris further stated losses and more anger. He took my declariton page of value and sent cost plus 400 in shipment. Then tell all other Crud to but reason you went home with zero snakes last time is you continued with lie I stole it was a civil issue and not criminal.

Most likely the outcome of lengthy trail is 50/50 I'm willing to submitted to that now and here but only if you attest to the truth and say sorry. I will not go after you anymore for what I believe you did was criminal. And you would get 50% of sold value or snakes back as I do believe I can still reopen return CITES authorization. But 50% here and now is way better then 50% of said value after court cost plus the added pressure of not being tried for fraud against Ministry of Fiance.

Those breaks happen when text is removed or edited in the chain of emails. The breaks indicate text is missing/altered.

I had disclosed already and paid for commercial license which caused red flags since he was dishonest. If he said look bud I'm going to evade paying higher exporting fees and help you reduce your fees on import, I would have ask for a full refund as I don't do business way for me saving 891.00 dollars is not worth 10 years in prison. It's like a bank robber used to be avg take was around 2k and avg sentence was 25 years it simply does not equate. Like I said you do business with me its legit 100%. Also I had already issued return CITES of all the Snakes he said I Stole so if Kevin never opened his mouth Eabele would have all his snakes now.
When you lie and try to arrest me though for a crime I did not commit and slander my name every where, I will hold foreign property against my losses until I'm made hole. I can prove every statement I have made including the CITES return auth.

Because they were already set to go home to Eabele. Because like you said he devalued them. I wanted nothing to do with fraudulent animals reason why in first week I applied for return CITES but lie and say I stole to allow another to commit crime not happening. If it's knowingly tax evasion and fraud then why did you accept the package and the animals in the first place? Why would be ANY PART of an illegal crime for such a long period of time now if you truly don't do business this way?
