In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Just curious about the cross section of voting from the people here compared to the rest of the USA.

Will be voting: Evan McMullin
Trying to upset the 270 count.

So what happens if that 270 count is not met?

CBS News: link
"If the race is so close that neither Clinton nor Trump get 270 electoral votes, the House of Representatives picks the next president. If McMullin wins Utah, he would be one of the choices."

Then it is up in the air for multiple players versus only Trump or Hillary.
I would much prefer Trump to Hillary, but not loving Trump.

So what happens if that 270 count is not met?

From US Electoral College site:

"What happens if no presidential candidate gets 270 Electoral votes?"

"If no candidate receives a majority of Electoral votes, the House of Representatives elects the President from the 3 Presidential candidates who received the most Electoral votes. Each state delegation has one vote. The Senate would elect the Vice President from the 2 Vice Presidential candidates with the most Electoral votes. Each Senator would cast one vote for Vice President. If the House of Representatives fails to elect a President by Inauguration Day, the Vice-President Elect serves as acting President until the deadlock is resolved in the House."

Definitely not the outcome the media thought it was going to be, a lot of head scratching going on this morning. :shrug01:. My vote counted!

Well at least it wasn't Hillary!
Just goes to show how utterly full of crap the main stream media is in trying to slant the vote into a hillary landslide.

Unfortunately, I heard quite a few "I'm not voting for either" in the past week. Which to me says "I don't care about my country enough to put thought behind it", ridiculous!

I voted for Trump. He was not my choice in the primary but:
- Hillary stated she wanted to bankrupt my business.
- HSUS endorsed Hillary.

As a threat to both my business and my pets, there's no way I would vote for her, and only Trump had a chance of beating her.

I agree 100%, not who I voted for in primary but definitely the lesser of two evils.

You have to wonder how much of an actual landslide victory this was for Trump if REAL actual voting figures were known. The interesting thing is that even with all the support HilLIARy got from the media, special interests (foreign and domestic), and corporate America, and the certain vote padding the Democrats did, she STILL lost.

Speaking of which, how many ILLEGAL immigrants do you suppose were encouraged by Obama's own statements concerning them voting in this election?

You could tell from video clips that everyone in the HilLIARy camp was absolutely shocked that all of their considerable efforts FAILED.

So I believe that the election figures don't even really show the real picture of how much support Trump actually has in this country.

But the war has not been won.

Kind of interesting how upbeat I feel since the election. Regardless of the rioting and protesting some people are doing. I guess a lot of those young folks took HilLIARy's promises to heart about free education and having their student loans forgiven and are now shattered to learn that they really will have to pay their own way. Tsk, tsk. Damn shame, isn't it children? Welcome to adulthood.

So as long as some whacko heavily influenced by the media's flame fanning from the wounded powers behind the Clintons doesn't kill Trump, I guess I'm expecting that this country will finally be making the turn around we have all been hoping for.

Of course, it's going to be an uphill battle for Trump, since he will have enemies deeply entrenched all throughout the government that will try their best to stymie any efforts he makes to try to fulfill his campaign promises.

But hopefully that draining of the swamp will begin ASAP and the leaches set out in the sunlight to dry up and die.
