You "filed" lawsuit(s)? Impressed with the judges? Please clarify!

So yes, let me explain, anyone can go before a magistrate judge. In Most jurisdictions, any citizen can go before magistrate judge 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, I believe.
Its really nothing special, and does define me as VIP, lol. - Its just a basic court process. Absolutely no "special connections" - categorically NO. This is all basic law, where I, Chris Davis (plaintiff), am pursuing defendants, that I know have scammed me, of $6,000.00 and the costs are rising.
A lot happened today, and let me say that I think justice will move swiftly. Earlier today, prior to me signing my criminal complaint, I texted Andrew, very kindly, and asked if he wanted to work this out (despite everything), obviously with him knowing he has done very wrong, I was willing to make a courtesy effort to extend a mediation opportunity. He sent back some odd text about him and his thoughts about him being criminally charged for this was illegal? - basically added up to nothing.
I went before a judge, and although I posted on this forum that I would have the police at Andrews work. The courts felt that was not smart - since the police report can be done at the courthouse, or even over the phone. (therefore I want to retract that statement). Once the DA investigator and the police investigations are complete, they will arrest on what charges fit the bill. It is their job to provide the accused with his side of the story, and give the investigation its due diligence. I cannot and will not try to predict their findings, or their actions, they are professionals, and do not need me to tell them what to do. Andrew Popp is innocent until proven guilty of a crime. But with that said....
Lets please remember, their are two variables here, one is civil, one is criminal. I am pursuing James Whitt, Adam Morr, and their salesman Andrew Popp d.b.a. Scales N' Tails Las Vegas, L.L.C. - Their actual address is "ingus street" - according the Nevada secretary of state website. - This is civil.
The criminal charge is against only Andrew Popp, at this time, what happens in the future, would be determined by the outcome of the criminal investigation, and as I mentioned before, If any more of Andrew Popp scheming skeletons come charging at me, the variables can change rapidly.
Now I have been criticized about disclosing too much info on this boi, but then if I don't disclose much info - Lucille starts contacting the DA's office, which had them scratching their heads, im sure as much as me? When she did that, it irked me a little - because of my previous law enforcement experience, does not make me entitled in any way, and I have not used any past experiences in law enforcement to impact their decisions.
Anyway, why dont you tell me, how much I should lay out here? The lawsuits, the conversations, the lawfirm, criminal, civil? opinions?
Is there certain evidence, above and beyond the obvious refusal of the defendant(s) to simply state the background or genetics of the turtle, and why the same turtles were listed in July, as non het for $2K. Or the dramatic size difference, or the satisfaction guarantee that was not honored. Or is it the new information from other members on this post, that show Andrew Popp was seeking a regular male for these three turtles, or is it Andrew Popps statement that he does not know how to measure turtles shells, yet in his July post, he measured them perfectly, and even the pictures to prove it, or is it the lie about him saying he sold those three turtles in July, is it the lie about the posting in July, he says he has three turtles for sale, but if you look closely, he has three turtle pictures for sale, but two are of the same turtle - lol, we 100% matched the two actual turtles to the ones I received. Or is it the first lie about where he said he sold them in July on Fauna, or the second lie, when he texted those are different turtles he sold in July(recently)? Oh wait - thats three lies, no wait, that five. I lost count, but if we add all the lies.....honestly I cant say how many. The fact he posted them in July and then suddenly removed them as sold, indicates to me that this was premeditated, also, Mitch Cowell who has no involvement in this transaction, but has been a tremendous friend to me, pointed out that Andrew Popp likely saw other postings, where het caramel and snow greatly increased their value, I am not quoting a third party, I went and saw posting on Kingsnake and Fauna, where Andrew Popp likely saw, the genetic enhancement would greatly increase their value, and in my own opinion, this is what spawned the idea to add these features to these normal, albino res.
Or maybe that he admitted to the lies, and actually truly sounded like he was remorseful over the phone and, then I speak with Adam Morr, the vice president at Scales N Tails, who inadvertently coughed up the fact that....
Anyway, Chris Kinnard, I appreciate you inquiring, I think your an asset to the BOI, and you've always been fair and to the point, when I have communicated with you. Also your question, unlike some others.... seem to be relevant, and I really appreciate that courtesy.
So, I hope you'll agree with me, that at this point, I should not be so open that I upset anyone, but not so closed that I raise Lucille's suspicions.
The fact is that Andrew Popp, despite any past prison sentence, maybe has tried to become a productive member of society, I really dont know.
But I do know in this case, he knowingly scammed me, he does not have the money to repay, he is desperately grasping for any straw he can, and my guess is that they may think twice about hammering any of us true, legitimate, honest members of the reptiles community again.
