    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It really is overwhelming when a handful of people have to comment harshly each, and every, single, post. I mean, if your just on here jumping from thread to thread giving people grief. Your not being productive.

It's basically antagonistic and extremely annoying.

For me, I'm really wanting to know opinions on how to proceed, given that Andrew Popp not only said he worked there, but he also said the animals were sold or traded to them.

Then he uses their name over and over. Then the second I realized I've been scammed, all the sudden the owner sold him the turtles personally.

It's all so very convenient - seems like a story a felon would come up with.

This site is absolutely devoted to information. Provable, factual information. Most of what I've seen so far is very questionable hearsay. This is basically a fact finding, truth seeking forum. Just sayin'.

I do not believe that you have an attorney. An attorney would advise you as to how he/she thinks you ought to proceed, and would tell you to stop posting here.

After totally being ugly to people who asked relevant questions having to do with the situation, all of a sudden you want their opinions on how to proceed. Because you don't have an attorney. AND you don't have a clue.

He may very well have used their name to seem more credible but that doesn't make them responsible for it in my opinion. I think your best shot was the size difference but with your response that it "wasn't a big deal" I don't think you have any leverage there either. I personally wouldn't waste my time with it and just hope they prove out. If you do follow through with the suit I wish you luck.

I can't help but think that as well. If I had a lawsuit in progress with that amount of money on the line, the last thing I would be doing is showing out on a message board like this. It doesn't make sense to me. I'd rather concentrate on an airtight case than proving myself to anyone in this place.

I've kept things 100% confidential, that I want confidential. However, the basis of my lawsuit is public and they will know anyway.

As far as trying to prove myself to the troublemakers - that's my mistake, a lot of people avoid the BOI like the plague. I will downright ignore those few who are only antagonizing.

I think the BOI be beneficial, and those few people are doing the site a disservice- just my opinion

How can you say that though? You have exposed plenty. I have no dog in this fight. BOI is pure entertainment for me. I love to see scammers get beat up. My whole point is that when you post a bad guy thread, you open yourself up to all these junior g-men and armchair lawyers demanding this and that. You have people calling the DA and searching for personal info and going over every facebook post you ever made with a fine tooth comb. They scour the internet to find out anything they can about you. With that much money on the line it makes so much more sense to post after the legal side of things is done. Everything is done and over with. You are in no danger of being baited into posting something that will put your lawsuit in danger. How many times have you said you were done posting until this thing is over? All it takes is one of the regulars to bait you into another reason to have to defend yourself or find a polite way to insult them and before you know it the thread is 2 pages bigger. This thread and most of the other huge ones are nothing but giant pissing contests and flame wars. I'm all for a good old fashioned internet flame war but not when 6k is on the line. I would keep my mouth shut and get my money and then take it someplace like this. If I were your lawyer I would have told you to stop posting a long time ago. That's just me though. I'm NOT a lawyer.

I am only "antagonizing" to you because of the incriminating questions that if answered, would most likely expose you ability to fabricate certain events. My questions are valid. If you are being honest, you would go out of your way to prove me wrong and make me look like the antagonistic trool you claim I am. I'm happy to give you that opportunity right now. What time did your flight arrive in Vegas Tuesday night? How did you manage to get off the plane, get your luggage, get a vehicle, go to the pet shop, file your complaint and meet with Judge Dorsey at 10:30 p.m. when your flight was scheduled to land at 8:38 p.m. ?

The fact that a certain group of people we all recognize as "regulars" who get their jollys "baiting" people for their own enjoyment.

Just sad that this is what BoI has devolved into. Thanks a bunch to all you regulars.

You're definitely not speaking for me. Since no mods are stepping in to express any displeasure at how this thread is going, I doubt you're speaking for them, either. Maybe you should lurk more, since you clearly don't understand just how effective similar interrogations have consistently proven to be on the BOI. As I asked in the karma I left you, just what have you contributed around here?

It appears to me, that some people want to get the last word or 'dig' in, on both sides. Specific items were asked for and questions posed, not all was provided or answered. Most people can probably determine that. The constant back and forth about it is turning this thread into a quagmire and is annoying to read through. In my humble opinion.
