It appears to me, that some people want to get the last word or 'dig' in, on both sides. Specific items were asked for and questions posed, not all was provided or answered. Most people can probably determine that. The constant back and forth about it is turning this thread into a quagmire and is annoying to read through. In my humble opinion.

You exclaimed that you have ALL the evidence and were going to post it here, for everyone to see. I am not the only person who believed you would hold youself to your word and standard. Many inconsistencies in your post raised many eyebrows, not just mine. You have navigated through this thread carefully and conveniently. You initiated this thread and made a plethora of claims that went unanswered when questioned about them after avering your conviction to provide all proof. You have called me antagonistic, troll, whatever. I have not reciprocated with regard to the name calling insults. Truth be known, if Andrew were posting here, he would wind up really hating my guts! That being said, youI swam around almost every question I asked, which I believed would have helped you if you were being completely honest here. Catch my drift?

If I post the demands letter receipts, the laswsuit, caesars hotel receipt, plane tickets and such.

Obviously that's all you've got. And if Andrew comes on here and lies as you have, he will be subject to the same incriminating questions. I've addressed him twice in this thread and he has chosen to remain silent. My posts here have been very productive in shedding a suspicious light that doesn't benefit you, and thats your fault. Every question I, and others, have asked here are easy to answer and prove. You've chosen not to. Had you wanted to "shut me up", you would have answered and provided the proof you offered (without provocation). There's still time Chris. Or you can just keep provoking with your insults. As stated many times, I skip your post for lack of relevance, nonstop hostility, and your inability to understand. I don't want your suppprt and I don't want Lucile's support. Chris you could never return to this boi, and I doubt anyone would notice. Except maybe some rational conversations could happen.

With the massive support your getting here, one would think that the red chicklet under your name would have turned green by now. In my last post, I stated, nuff said and good luck and wanted to leave it at that. You having the last word suits me just fine. I'm content with the outcome of our correspondence and see no reason to pursue the questioning any further. Obviously you are not content with even having the last word, and had to provoke me two more times after that. The investigator confirmed that I have met the burden of proof with regards of fraud - more specifically - "Obtaining funds under false pretenses".

Well, you are, as I pointed out before, outright lying about what the investigator said, because you have no 'burden of proof' in a criminal case, the state has the burden of proof.
I think your game plan is to post a lot of alternative facts, and make personal attacks on those who either point out the discrepancies you have posted or ask questions or proof.

Are you doing that in an effort to get Popp to fork over huge amounts of cash to 'refund' turtles who may very well attain the 'approximate' size posted before the wrangling is over while you keep the turtles? Popp is no angel but he was not born yesterday.

You have so far activated your Romulan cloaking device to hide most of your own relevant facts, saying they are 'confidential'. Yet after you have verbally reamed Chris multiple times, you are asking him to be your servant and get facts from others you need to build your case.
I don't think Chris will accept a role as your helper as productive as that may be in fulfilling your own needs for facts you don't have, and I don't think Popp is going to be buffaloed into handing you any information on a silver platter.

The op should have taken his own advice( numerous posts with him saying, i am done now or similar lines).
Even if he had any true case here, all he has succeeded in doing is to make himself look like a petty antagonistic child and to make sure that the majority of the readers of any of his threads will shed no tears over anything that happens to him.
There are ways and means of presenting your case, most of which should include solid indisputable facts and evidence.

I'm very content with my post, and I stand by my post. I wanted feedback, and the boi provided that.

Based on most recent updates and information, I am pursuing my case, but I am also going to let a law firm present my case, like some of you have suggested.

So despite any opinions, positive or negative. Thanks - I wanted the good the bad and the ugly, and that's what I got. I don't agree with antagonist posts, but I have no authority over those, so it is what it is. Rather I win or if I lose, I will update this post.

It would be great if someone could figure a way to genetically confirm aquatic turtles, basically tell you if your albino turtle is Clive, Gerard, or Alliison based on DNA, but also confirm the carsno gene, or hets like Nick was discussing.

Not meaning to stray off topic, but this would be a big help and someone might could make a business out of that. (e.g. AKC for turtles) haha

Literally every post Lucille makes in the BOI is well thought out and helpful. I have followed BOI threads for years and years, and every single time she posts I feel like I learn something. She is one of the strongest ASSETS to the BOI and we are blessed to have her here to guide our sorry asses.
