    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Phil Robbins and Jeremy Hargett ( jsh reptiles )

To Mr. Kent Rowdy and Mr. Chris Kennard.
Myself and Jeremy spoke with the exporter directly once myself and the exporter opened up the lines of communication to allow Jeremy in on our texts and calls...this happened somewhere between our second and third shipment...
Jeremy most likely to referred you to his invertebrate manager rather than me, because that is "his" resource, I do not speak to his perspective customers and he does not speak to mine...I do not know Jeremy's staff members or partners (and have never asked about them) and he does not know my staff members or partners (and he has never asked about them)...We have a professional business relationship and occasionally might talk about proposed state rule changes and/or federal regulations.
Of course, I made Jeremy aware of the species mix up once I saw them for myself. He then continued his posting of ads to incorporate the selling of hotenttotta.
 
We had to wait to send pics because USFW cleared the shipment to Jeremy first, as I stated previously...Jeremy did not have the resources, time, or authorization from officials to unpack the shipment at the brokers office that late at night...He picked up the shipment, then drove many many hours back to his facility where he unpacked throughout the night and took pictures...The following business day we sent the photos to USFW (at their request) and our broker to verify that in fact I did declare the wrong species to the officials and that the exporter packaged them incorrectly... This is due process for the circumstance at hand...

Your posts are becoming more vague with every question. So if what you say is true, than you made Jeremy aware of the "species mix up" once you saw them for yourself, which is BEFORE HE GOT THEM. Thank you.

I thought you said they wanted the photos to ensure no emperor scorpions were in the shipment. Does the USFW suddenly trust Jeremy/Phil to send photos as much as they trust you? Do those photos show few rare ones that apparently slipped through your fingers that Phil claims to have? Not for sale of course.

Don't run away yet, please? I apologize for missing your statement where you said "yes, the USFW "trusted" that "I send pictures to them once the animals were received, and unpacked carefully by Jeremy's personnel". POST THAT DOCUMENT...PUH....LEASE!

please explain to me how and why the arachnoboards posting/pm's from phil were talking about a shipment that was coming in to contain togolensis. please explain why after he told me personally that they were not togolensis. and lastly...please explain why Jeremy and phil decided to continue to claim they were togolensis AFTER phil admitted they were not!!!!
is it just me or would a common sense type of person believe that phil likely should have told Jeremy IMMEDIATELY that the scorpions were not togolensis?!

ill tell you why....they thought they could make a buck from deception. they didn't realize it was me inquiring about them on separate occasions. i don't go out of my way to expose a scam but this warranted a investigation that turned out to expose nothing but lies and deception.

a misunderstanding does not include telling someone that a scorpion is not a certain species but continue to sell that species to other people (not realizing it was me trying to buy).

i have a strange feeling now that i think about it.

would it be possible that since phil is the one who posted on arachnoboards about the incoming shipment but Jeremy is the one doing the selling?? i called phil out on the togolensis so I'm sure he realized his name couldn't be the one listing them for sale. the next best thing would be for Jeremy to offer them for sale. the nail in the coffin is when Jeremy told me his invertebrates managers name....phil robbins.

Julie, as of now i don't think you had anything to do with it. i don't have evidence that says otherwise. i do think you are injecting yourself into a situation that you might not want to be involved in if you are truly innocent. just sayin...
 
also....i would LOVE to see documentation as to when they shipment arrived, and was picked up by Jeremy. i have a strange feeling that those dates are gonna shed some light on the timeline as for when phil said the shipment was inbound, vs when he told me they were in fact not togolensis.
 
your claiming its confusing because you see there is a web of lies at hand.

Chris.....i told forgot phil said he did receive a few togolensis that are not for sale. so now i guess USFW needs to be contacted again with new pictures and declarations that show togolensis were delivered?!?!?! hahahahaha.

i am just about to redact my statement that Julie isn't involved in some malicious way. geesshhh it goes deeper.

If you refer back to post 31, Jeremy states the shipment was verified by two individuals. Would one of those individuals be you Julie? At that stage Jeremy is still justifying selling them as what you claim you made him aware they were not. His justification was that they were declared on the Cite documents as such and he had two individuals verify, however you are claiming that you relied on Jeremy to provide photographic proof that your exporter screwed up. Sounds like Jeremy is trying to have his cake and eat it too, whether or not you were aware/agreeable to that or not. It would be very valuable to see the date which you provided the photographic proof showing the exporter screwed up. That would tell a lot.
 
Whatever went on, I thank the OP for posting this since it led to Miamicracker going off like, well a firecracker, and exposing himself as someone I would never, ever want to do any business with, EVER, under any circumstance. Why do some adults conduct themselves like cranky toddlers? I will never understand that type of behavior in someone over the age of four. It's especially bizarre in someone whose livelihood involves having customers and completing business transactions.

Anyway, I'm actually thinking about getting into bugs and it's good to know who to avoid.
