    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Not only that but Ty should be fined something for being such a dick to cause this to end up wasting court time that should be spent on a case that is at least debatable ... and this case isn't.

This case doesn't need a couple lawyers and a magistrate to see who is dead wrong.

I have tried everything to have him settle out of court. Either send me the tegu or the money for it. But like he told the IRCF in his fb page "we will fight this till the end" I think his ego is to big to admit they were wrong. :(

are you nervous Michelle? It seems when things don't go your way, you post more on this post. don't worry, you will at least get your 400 dollars back. no body wins in small claim court.

If I were "nervous" I wouldn't be dishing out $1500-$8500 in legal expenses and travel expenses.

Not one person thinks I am only entitled to my "$400 back"

Ty should have been a man of his word and honored HIS raffle terms.

Anyone who entered the IRCF/ty raffle if they won the prize/s ty promised would not be ok with just receiving their ticket putchase prices back. Wether it was $100, $200 $300 or more, when the raffle was for an albino tegu or $3500 maybe all wouldn't have pursued getting what they rightfully won because a lot of people are actually afraid of ty.
I am not. I am not ok with what ty had done in this situation. His "feelings twords me" are IRRELAVANT.

The one good thing that came from this so far is we learned who to avoid doing business with in the future ; not just Ty but anyone who backs him in this situation.

Who would trust and buy from anyone who thinks what Ty here is OK ?

Hopefully you'll have an honest magistrate that will hammer this asshole right into the ground. When is the court date and where is it ?

Even if Michelle would have given Ty her address and he sent her the Tegu, who is to say that Michelle would say that the sent tegu was not produce by Ty and now she has the 5,000 Purple Tiger and then she wants the 3,000 dollars. Ty decided to settle this in court. Instead Michelle now goes bad mouthing Ty to every organization that Ty is involved in. Sounds like some heart broken high school kid who just want to be loved and want people to feel bad for her.

Take your advice from before Michelle, post only things that relate to the court case. This posting just does round and round like a merry go round. tlmoon doesn't know the whole story, Thomas doesn't know the whole story. There is two sides to every story, Ty posted once, michelle 10,000 times.

Michelle what you are doing to other organizations that Ty is involved is very childish. It could add up to a court case against you. If you are not careful, Ty will be feeding your sugar gliders to his tegus by the time this is all said and done.

You posted screen shots of Ty asking you for your address so he can send you the tegu in the picture of the charity that was bred by him. You refused. Ty can't hold on to the prize forever. THAT IS THE END OF THE CASE, CASE CLOSED YOU LOSE.

Oh look another friend of Ty's that has no clue what they're talking about. How many of those are we up to now? Half a dozen at least? You'd think you would follow the lead of the other lapdogs that have posted here before and at least attempt to not put your foot in your mouth.

There's no benefit for trying to reason with them. Had that pointless exercise at a local show a few weeks ago. End result was them saying they would accept anything, sight unseen, into their own collection, if the one shipping was Ty.

With such blatant fanaticism, there is no logic, evidence, or the like that can get through to them.
