    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So I had heard a lot of good things regarding reptmart and personally bought a snake from them which I've had no issues from. My most recent experience has not been so great. A facility I work for purchased 6 tiger leg tree frogs, of those 1 was DOA. Over the next several days all but 2 had died. We emailed them right away regarding the DOA and then let them know about the others, we found out they had mistakenly sent us their "feeder stock frogs" they offered to send us the replacements for the ones that died but would not send us quality replacements for the 2 sickly ones we had left. They both had skin lesions in various places. We then received the replacements and 2 looked much healthier and 2 looked about the same half dead as the first group. We decided to send out for Ranavirus and Chytrid testing, in between the time the swabs were taken and the test results received we lost 4 more frogs. We let them know this and they wanted us to send photos of our set-up and tell them our parameters because they insisted they've never had any issues and theirs aren't dying and they've sent several out to other people. The test results came in today both groups were positive for Ranavirus and the second group was also positive for Chytrid fungus. We sent them these results asking for a complete refund but have not gotten a reply yet, will update once we find out how they're planning to handle this.

Please cite the name of the company you work for and whether or not you've been given permission to represent them here.

Were you expecting CB or WC frogs? Adults or babies? Was the purpose to resell them in retail?

Regardless of all of the above, I too think posting the test results is beneficial. If not for indicting the company you received them from, but to keep frog buyers on high alert in general that Chytrid is still rampant in WC animals. I personally lost dozens of frogs to it years ago. It's miserable, miserable, miserable to deal with. You have to wash everything down and sterilize it good. High heat, or bleach, or antifungal solution.
