From what I understand, he was importing Nile monitors without a permit.
And its in Florida
Yeah just saying tho he gets unbanned from shows and forums etc because "he lives in Georgia so he doesn't have access to the animals of concern"A good majority of the import facilities is in Florida.

Nah that was the excuse for lifting the ban on him for repticonNot that he doesn't have access, just the rules on them are different in Georgia.
He's been denied for a class 3 license a few times. I don't recall where I heard/read that either.Mile monitors are considered a conditional species requiring a permit to even own in the state of Florida. I’m not sure whether it was illegally importing, or illegally having a conditional species, that he got nailed with this time. To own a Nike you must both have a class 3 for exhibition and sale, and have the species in question listed on said class 3, before acquiring them. I feel like I read that he was refused his class 3, but I can’t cite where.

Sadly, no. I don't recall how much it was, but you could take him to small claims court.Looks like I will never see my money.....lol
Even then you have to collect.Sadly, no. I don't recall how much it was, but you could take him to small claims court.
That would probably be more effective.Even then you have to collect.
Repticon still has him listed as a vendor. Rather than pay for a lawsuit + airfare/travel to court, I'd pay someone to hand out flyers at events where he vends detailing his long and illustrious criminal history.
Wasn't he ordered to turn in his animals? That usually comes with a order saying your not allowed to obtain more. Is it possible he moved to Georgia to try and keep from relinquishing the animals to Florida fish and game. Also wonder if Florida knows he is vending which would mean he is keeping the animals he's not allowed to have......these are all questions not facts I'm just wondering
