Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

First we agree that is too hot to ship so we wait I am very sorry that complications with my phone in my phone breaking lead up to this then come to find out I get a text from you this last weekend stating to ship your sneak out on Monday although my wife told me you just reported us to PayPal You’re trying to get your refund and this snake? I will never do business with you and Shirley hope nobody else would

I was only able to make calls I only could see 1 inch of the top of my screen

Not sure about posting them, but you can probably take screenshots since the capture should be an image of that which is sent to the screen more so than that which is seen by the user's eyes as being emitted from the screen.

Also, you were able to visit this site. You could have communicated with the buyer via private messages or other means (such as email). You could have responded within the thread before you did since you were repeatedly viewing/visiting the thread.
 
I can understand how a buyer might be uneasy after an extended period of no communication. Not only does that raise suspicion in general, but especially when working with PayPal, after a certain time window has passed there is no buyer protection. When a PayPal case is opened, all the seller has to do is complete the transaction within the time frame PayPal specifies, and there is no adverse consequence. Your customer has every right to call on PayPal for assistance and reassurance when communications with a seller are not working well.

The kind of seller you are is shown when issues arise, not when there are no problems. You have here the opportunity to showcase your customer service skills, instead you seem to be calling your customer names:

I am not a high tech person but I have family, friends, etc and finding another phone/computer to send a message would not be a problem for me. I don't think it would be a problem for you either.

Hello Robert,
He did not want to ship while it was so hot to which I agreed. I contacted him several weeks ago (Oct 22 - I would think sufficiently cool at this point on his end)asking to go ahead and ship because we are about to be in the opposite situation -too cold on my end.
Apparently he is working out of town during the week and then broke his phone etc- however, 3 weeks is ample time to find a window somewhere to ship.
I am disappointed that I can get no firm date for shipping yet effort is made to get a shipment to his latest customer.
I can appreciate the struggles that life can throw you BUT communicating and following up are the keys to conducting business correctly. If my phone was broken the first thing I would do would be to get a cheap Walmart track phone to hold me over.
I don't want anything other than the snake I bought sent in the perfect healthy condition he swore (150%) that it was in when I bought it or my money back.
I have been in communication with his wife today, thanks to Keith supplying her number and she requested that I text her the screen shot that I already posted above.I have received no response after I sent it.
I am still hopeful that we can conclude our transaction without difficulty.

Tony you told your customer that you were sending him a refund.all you need to do is hit the refund button on the paypal transaction then all of this goes away and it's over.

No Robert, I do not. I have taken the next steps with PayPal and from what I understand there is a 10 day period before they intervene.
 
Never had a problem with Tony and from what I can see neither has anyone else don't think we are hearing the whole story here Rodney what did you do to piss him off he's always been great to me also great Kingsnakes sorry you guys are off on the wrong foot try to think of ways you could have both done better hope all works out?
