HAD a similar scam a few years ago. A cashier check should trigger your spider sense! PAYPAL is protection, This scam is popular in Nigeria or the 3rd world. I APOLOGIZE for not listing the subjects name in my prior listing.

I agree with Greg, it is a scam.

How did they contact you? Via Fauna? Account name? Email address? Phone number? etc.
