You can keep them legally in multiple states, I'm sure since there native to Pennsylvania, then they may not be legal there and other states that have these snakes as natives. I know here in California there perfectly legal.Rough Green Snakes are endangered in the state of Pennsylvania and are therefore illegal to keep or purchase. You might want to check out PFBC regs

Gotcha, I dont ask or look where people are located until they are ready to buy. So I just answer the questions when they are asked. Good looking out! We need more people to enforce laws like that.Thanks for your reply! You are right, they are legal and common in multiple states. I just noticed that it looked like someone interested was from PA where they are not legal. I usually wouldn't comment on here, but just thought it was worth making note of that.
