In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Likely one of those Underground orders that was "Farm Bred" I doubt this individual has an importers license. As far as I know, BRBs aren't protected from imports at this time, and as long as the original importer reported it to USDFW per permit standards it isn't anything to be able to get in trouble for.

The ad states "wild caught", rainbow boas are protected under CITES and need CITES permits for import/export.

If you’re asking for a copy of a cleared 3177 from a end user you aren’t going to get one. You’d have to go to the source. They are regularly imported from Surinam and Guyana, and have been since the trade started. It’s a common thing. No different than Corallus or Boas.
Again, anything wc from Brazil is an issue, I am interested in this boa if it is indeed a female and it was legally obtained. I'm not sure why you are answering my questions instead of the op.

Then you would understand both Surinam and Guyana issue export quota for cenchria, which is the same animal found in Surinam, Guyana, Brazil and Peru.
Yes, I understand this, there is a paper trail that follows as well. I'm not sure why me asking for documentation is an issue. Or even to verify the sex.
