    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello! I’m wanting one or two high colored Eastern Box turtles. Willing to pay decent price but I need a lot of proof that you’re not a scammer!

One good way to help ensure that someone is not a scammer is to use the PM system here instead of text messaging. The fact that you've put your phone number out in public is a sign that you're scammable. Also, doing so attracts scammers to this site, that the rest of us have to deal with.

Edit to add: looks like you've ignored this advice both from me and a mod previously.

Hi Michelle, are you looking for adults, juveniles, or babies?
I raise very high colored Easterns, and I have lots of babies hatching, along with some 1 and 2 year olds.
My adults are high yellow, high orange, and some blue (male trait only).
