    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Are you waiting until someone asks you to post the vet paperwork? If so, would you please post the vet paperwork? I Would love to see the paperwork that shows a date at or about the tie you received the snake, as well as the followup visits. Anything that shows a treatment plan would be awesome. I would like to see what causes a snakes skin to fall off, and what a qualified vet says you should do to treat it. I am also looking forward to the posting of the necropsy that shows the cause of death, and links the death to Ken.
 
Without anything to back up the OPs claims, you have to go by reputation.
Ken has a good rep. If there is proof to show the timeline, vet treatment and that Ken blew him off even though he had been in contact with the OP the entire time, that changes everything.
Innocent until proven guilty IMO.

And while you are at it, provide paperwork backing up the accusations you made against the other two vendors the same day you accused this vendor, which were subsequently removed in order for you to repost them with the vendor name in the title.
 
OP- Are you sure the snake wasn't in shed when you got it? I just can't imagine Ken sending an animal with it's hide coming off...Just doesn't sound right to me.

Let's see some proof here. This whole thing seems ridiculous.

So these are the last two entries in my guest book at imageevent. Looks like there is a personal vendetta against me now from this guy. Apparently everyone on fauna is my "friend" and that is why no one buys what he is saying....Please look at my post count Mr. Farr and tell me if it looks like I hang out here alot.

From the links to the post at the other forum, it should be clear that I was in the process of working something out as that post was made BEFORE any BOI post by Mr. Farr. I only halted any negotiation (or even consideration at this point) after the bashing started taking place. Now to attempt to flood my imageevent daily and to toss "threats" and "personal insults" around---well let's just say that I am done with the conversation here.
 
Kenneth, at this point, I would write this guy off altogether. He's obviously not in his right mind and is behaving like an imbecile. Just walk away and delete his guest entries. Problem solved.

Hmmm...your having multiple problems with multiple sellers.

I know many people who have purchased snakes from Dank. I'ver never heard a complaint from any of them. In fact they are all very happy with their investment.

Anyone can flow off at the keyboard, post your evidence of Danks wrong doings or its just another case of someone wanting something for their incompitance.
 
did the op say that he glued the shed back on the boa? no kidding that would be stressful, for the boa and the guy. i had a hard enough time getting a stuck shed of a boa, i don't ever want to try the opposite. sorry that that this crazy guy found you ken, hope you can forget about him soon enough.

You have yet to show any sign that he lied, and what's more Bryan DID say why he didn't answer the two phone calls! You still haven't provided a timeline or contradicted the one given by Bryan, so I will assume the one Bryan said was good; IMHO, Bryan was more than generous with the 30-day guarantee, and did not promise more than that. I don't see how you can expect a full refund after 4 months in your care, and what's more I don't see that you're really trying to work anything out with Bryan.

In summary, Bryan, you should probably quit worrying about this. It's pretty obvious you've gone above and beyond in this; if anything, you're guilty of being "too nice"!

first off all i can say is wow, this must be this guys first animals. he killed three snakes of that we know of in 4 months times. can we say bad track record. you claim 300.00 in vet bills lets see a scanned photo copy of these bills. can you prove it? hey dude did you know that snakes shed their skin, are you saying you glued a shed back on the snake with what super glue, are you a moron, didnt anyone tell you snakes shed.

also you chose to keep the snake past the first month period, YOU SHOULD HAVE SHIPPED IT BACK THE NEXT DAY as soon as you thought it was unhealthy. did you do that no. you need to get your stories straight and quite wasting our time with your obnoxious off the wall rantings. its clear you dont understand the concept of raising animals.

i hope everyone puts you on a do not sell to list or they will be stuck with your idiocy to.

I generally feel comfortable with my own reading skills, but I thought that I just read that the OP needed to glue the skin back on the snake...............

I'm scratching my head here, but isn't the skin SUPPOSED to come off? At least every once in a while? If not, I have a bunch of sick snakes!

Reading the OP's posts and noticing the apparent failure to understand the proof that was needed leads to two possible conclusions

1.) The OP is a kid whose parents aren't home enough.

2.) The OP is trying to run a poorly executed and rather transparent scam.

Mostly, I just feel bad for the poor snakes.
 
You know Mr. Farr, if you would have posted evidence to support your claims you would have had all these posters on your side. Mr. Bryan himself would have had no difficulty with making this right with you as he is an honorable man of high ethical standards.

As it is you have placed you name on the "Do Not Sell To" list of hundreds of reputable breeders.
No one wants to deal with children who make false claims in an attempt to steal what little money we make in this business.

I, for one, have no doubt that the OP is lying.

I will have to say that I have never bought anything from Ken Bryan... but my daughter owns one of his snakes, from the same litter as the OP's. You want to know why? Because Dank has a HEART OF GOLD. When he found out that my daughter has stage 4 bone cancer, he GAVE one to her. Micah arrived healthy, and has thrived under PROPER CARE. If there was any contagion in that litter, I'm pretty sure she would have been sick, too.

This is not someone who is out to take advantage of people, or "steal" someone's money. Ken is a man of integrity... and I will remain a loyal customer.

Yes, but that does not mean you know how to care for them properly. I have seen Dank on most of the forums I frequent. I have never done any business with him but would never hesitate to do so. His offer of a 30 day guarantee was more than generous.

People like you make me nervous to even sell snakes. I missed the part about gluing the skin back on, you have got to be kidding me.
