    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Do you have copies of emails where he asked you for a return on that snake specifically?
I guess I don't really care if he sold the snake, thats between him and his friend, but if he sold it and then it died and then he tried to get his money back, thats really a load of crap.

So, I would really like to see emails. I have learned enough from the good people here at Fauna to know not to take anything at face value.
 
Scott, I looked at my records. I received 2.2 raddei from Europe and 1.1 with the stripe that went to the St. Louis Zoo before your order and 1.1 went to you. Now you got the other 2 that were remaining from that shipment, so what gives with your blither that you did not get what you viewed as I only had 2 snakes left and you got those 2 snakes. You also received 1.1 V. a. ruffoi. I cannot mock the shipping documents so the proof is in the pudding my boy.

Beth, well again, I was sitting here and the phone rings and its this Scott fellow I don't know yelling and screaming that some snake he paid 300 dollars for had bumps and he demanded 300 dollars. Since I did not know Scott or what he was talking about, I hung up on him. A few minutes later I called a friend and he told me that Andy sold Scott the snake and Scott does not know I gave the snake to Andy for free. I then used caller ID and phoned Scott and told him I gave Andy a healthy snake for free and Scott seemed shocked and apologized and handed the phone to Andy. I told Andy that all was fine and the next day I get the email below from him asking for 310 dollars for the frenata and 75 for the egg eater. Moments later I get a paypal dispute claim for 200 via email from paypal descriping Andy's claim for 200 dollars.

See below where he says he will be out 310 dollars and will not settle for that. Well it was a free snake that arrived healthy and his claim was bogus.


Dan, I don't know where we stand on this. I bought from you thinking you where a reputable dealer and the snakes where in good shape. This hole thing has been a nightmare. If this Frenata dies I will be out 310 plus the 75 on the egg eater. I will not settle for that. Please let me know what we can do about this. I am willing to ship the Frenata back for a refund or try and hold on to it and hope it survives, but if it dosn't, what can be done? I am a breeder and I have never had a snake die from eating while in shed. expecially to think that a small finch egg liquid going down a snake would be called a lump?? they do not take the egg all the way down. Please let me know what we can work out, Thanks Andy

What I got does not look like the pictures you posted. You can write what you want and manipulate things to come out looking good but I believe you sent me a snake that wasn't doing well and snakes not represented in the ad.

Why do you show 4 on your invoice but 5 snakes are in the picture?

I can count also and had a few shipments of raddei and dozens of photos of many of them. When I look back at the time frame, I recall that Scott asked for a striped one that was already selected by the zoo and think it came in with that shipment around the time where I received 4 on the documents but that is not to discount the FACT that Scott picked his snakes from photographs and they were hand delivered by a very responsible biologist from the state and there was no way he took or swapped one. And Scott received what he selected and had a email from a day or two earlier with the photos of the exact snakes he selected. If he did not get what he ordered, then why did he not voice it then? It is because he is FOS. If not, he would or could have voiced something a year ago but to come here now and blither he did not get what he selected is bogus. And Scott, you are full of it on your idiotic conjecture about sending you a snake not doing well. I never had one single complaint of any snake arriving sick so unless you have some backup on that issue, then stick your nasty theories in your butt. I have no motivation to move any snake not doing great and would not even bother you with something not doing great. It fed for me and was fat and sassy and if it was not fat and sassy, then you would have complained a year ago and asked for a refund or exchange but I did not hear anything from you about that. Wait Scott, you cannot just leave. You alluded that you did not get the snakes your ordered, so unless you show proof of that, you need to bend over and kiss your own butt and apologize to the applauding audience here. Wanna take that lie dectector test about who is telling the truth? I will pay for it and if I loose I will give your 25,000 dollars. But if I win, you have to allow me to push your neck down to your behind so you can kiss it good.

Yes, that is the same snake.

I recall I emailed Scott the three photos and he picked 2 of them and he was hand delivered exactly what he picked by a friend who is a very responsible Florida Fish and Wildlife Service Biologist who departed with 2 snakes and hand delivered 2 snakes, so there was no mix up at all. Afterward he reported they arrived in good shape and he was happy. He had the exact 3 photos to verify his order and I do recall he said he checked them against the photos as he seemed anal about stuff.

A year passes and he now claims one died months later and does not show proof nor is that covered in the 2 week extended guarantee on captive born snakes.

As a matter of fact, I have the top one labelled as female and the second as female and the bottom one he made sick was the male. So he received that male and one of the other females he selected.

That does look like the same snake but I was never shown this picture. The KS ad and what he showed me was of the 5 snakes in the picture he posted... as I didn't argue when he posted it here. Are you telling me this snake is one of the 5 in that picture? (sure it is darker than what Dan shows here now) but still IMO a far cry from what he posted and I was told I was getting in that picture of 5)

What happened Scott? Now you see I have an exact photo of the correct snake in a healthy condition does the cat got your tongue? Say you are sorry for bidding to allude you were delivered the wrong snake and admit you force fed it and it died. You kept it going for months per your own blither, so why not just dig a hole and stick your head in it.
