Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It is only a 24-hour ban, not a permanent ban. He can respond if he chooses (which I'm sure he will) in a few hours. :rolleyes:

And even if it WAS a permanent ban....Michael has every right to respond to the comments Dan already made to him, pointless as it may be.

I disagree. I think if someone is banned and cannot respond is unfair and it's cowardly to poke a stick in their eye while they are stilled banned.

Level the playing field, then let BOTH parties duke it out when both parties who disagree have the ability to point/counterpoint.
 
It was no one's fault but Dan's that he was banned...he forfeits that "play fair" by acting the way he did. Just because he acted like a :censored: head, it doesn't negate Michael's right to respond to him.

I guess we will have to agree to disagree on this one, Randall.

Cathy has done nothing but prove what an honest upstanding person she is. A person with the highest integrity that anyone would be 100% happy and satisfied doing business with. Someone I would not hesitate to send $5000 worth of animals to without payment up front.

You on the other hand have proven to be nothing but a liar and money grubbing whore with absolutely no integrity what so ever. I would not send you a single mealworm without securing payment first.

Dan is quite lucky that I didn't sue him for libel (slander is when you say it, libel is when you write it and is a lot easier to prove and very much more expensive) in this thread: http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=111145

You might have had a good experience with him, he does seem to be a good person when I talked to him, but over all, I won't take free animals from him.

FIRST, I tried to edit my previous post so I wouldn't be double posting, but I can't.

I like this HOCKEY stuff. You turn into a jackass and you're in the box watching everyone else play.

Since then, she has not apologized but instead links all my good boy threads to bogus threads where I made offers above and beyond the terms of sales.

Herpinator: You told me you cultivated pot for a living and offered to sell me pot and called my home at 3 AM many times stoned out of your mind. I sent you a free emerald at my shipping cost because I felt sorry for you and asked you to not pay me. Later you so happy with it that you paid me against my wishes. At your request, I got you another from a wholesaler. So I do not know what to tell you except seek your animals elsewhere and get sober.

No, he's just slinging mud. We were talking about breeding and genetics and I told him that I grew pot in my youth. I never made any statements about growing it for sale and never offered to send him any. That's libel.

At my request? You felt sorry for me? That was an animal that you sent me included with an anaconda phase etb that had been listed on kingsnake that I purchased from you at full cost. I did give you $75 for the one animal that later died, you told me not to pay you for it, I'll give you that.

The female high white that you sent me for free (it's a male) is doing kick-ass and is the nicest, friendliest emerald I've ever seen and is still kicking, so to speak.

While I understand your annoyance....this has all be rehashed already more than once. Dan appears to be simmering down (back on his meds?), so it may be for the best for all involved to just let this thread settle back to the bottom. It's certainly not going to accomplish anything productive.:shrug01:
 
BOI - many folks are misled

Dan, join the club. I was once nailed on one of these BOI's for something that was pitifully stupid but for those who knew me and how I did things, they quickly realized who was really wrong. It's really a joke. Don't listen to anything these yin yangs are saying. I've done business with Dan and all of the animals I have purchased from him have been accurately represented. When there's been a problem, Dan has taken care of it right away (but I can only think of one incident out of many transactions).

Rob, would you please clarify something for me....are you saying you actually had a legitimate complaint, and that Dan took care of it? I'm not doubting that Dan made good on it - not at all. But I would think that in order for him to make good, it would have to be a legitimate complaint. Would that be an accurate assessment?
 
Well I cannot say I ever really listened to their garbage?

Bit I do get a good kick out of giving them a well-deserved butt kicking each time.

They have never proved I did anything but go beyond the terms of sale for great customer satisfaction as they supported scammers who tried to rob me. They kid themselves and each other is all.

None of those morons belong anywhere near this great hobby and they should be banned for ignorance and stupidity.

So would it be correct in stating that at least that one incident was a legitimate complaint??? Again, I'm not doubting that you took care of it, I'm simply trying to ascertain whether you considered it a legitimate complaint.
