    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Another one of those what are you listening to threads.

I have music on most of the day; almost don't like admitting it, but I usually use the computer for it these days too- put all my records, tapes and CDs on there where there are programs that can run playlists or randomize the tracks.

Right now, King Crimson. Lark's Tongue in Aspic, from a time when albums were best listened to in the order the band decided to put them in, for a full experience, instead of just a collection of singles.

My taste in music has become rather eclectic, but right now, I I'm listening to the sound of silence. Not the song, but the real thing. Very relaxing sound.
