    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Maybe I am mistaken about this, but I seriously doubt an attorney would take a case from anyone 15 years old. Maybe a 15 year old's parents could retain an attorney..........

Not trying to rain on your parade, but I would really like to keep things factual here. Threats of legal action should not be taken likely, as they can be the cause of even more trouble to backfire at you.

Further, do NOT copy or forward quotes on this site from someone who has been banned. The reason they have been banned is because they have engaged in a violation which causes their privilege to post here to be withdrawn.
 
If you do go thru with this... get a digital camera... and take photos of the text messages on your phone... and also include the phone number they came from. Chances are you will need that proof.
 
exactly my point "Holdthepickle" this is a big situation and a big website for his name to be on, so hopefully that shows you guys he should not be dealt with.!!

Considering the content of the posts, I doubt there is anything underhanded going on. If anything, maybe Chad waiting to post until Nick is unable to defend himself, but I see that as unlikely.

I just don't understand why Nick/Jerry is saying that we should ask Chad if he's lying about the kid not working for him at his store. For what possible reason would Nick involve Chad? And Chad was here reading but hasn't said anything.

But then I don't really understand how the kid is smart enough to know he needs a job to make money and work 33 days without getting a regular weekly or even bi-weekly paycheck.

Oh well...better things to do - like testing x-mas lights - then to continue sorting through this mess.
 
Sloooooow down now guys, I have a lap top; I close it, keep it on when I am away and leave groups of pages up all day long on the weekend when I am in and out doing things. At times I will read things such as this but wait until the evening to reply simply because that is when I have the most free time. We are in no way shape or form involved with Nick in ANY way at all; thinking that we are really another name for him is far far from the truth.

He said this because he believes that we are disrespecting him by posting comments exposing him for the shady guy that he is. His inappropriate video about my wife is what set this off and is (I suppose) to be what he does to people who ‘disrespect’ him. If somebody disrespects me I call them and have a chat about it, just like I did with that video... Nick, not so much...
So let me make this statement one more time so I am *perfectly* clear. We never have, never will and never want to have anything to do with this Nick guy or his business. I have tons of reputable people that can attest to that fact should anybody doubt.

And funny that you should say... That is what I have been doing... Putting up our Christmas lights and decorations all day. Pictures to prove it. :p

What he meant is, if you "disrespect me", I will make videos making fun of your wife and post them on youtube. Haha, man this kid is a real scrapper. We all better stop saying anything negative about him at once, I sure don't want to come to the same fate as Vegas Chad. :rolleyes: (And believe me, his youtube account gets TONS of hits all day long... heck his one video has a whopping 300 views!)

Also, I wanted to point this out before anyone else figures it out. When Vegas Chad was talking about his suspicion of Nick most likely finding a plant business that had extra room and is renting it to him... I instantly though "Yeah, the picture of the new place on Precision Reptile Lab's site sure had some F'ing nice land scaping." Please, take a look at their "new facility" that "they just opened" on the link below, just scroll down a bit till you see the venue(bottom of page):

This fiction world that Nick lives in is a riot. Good thing he's not running out of a back room at a Walmart or something... he'd be telling us how "he just opened a multi-billion dollar facility with locations through out the nation and on the fortune 500 list". You're right Nick, "you" do have a awesome facility... the people at Tropical World should be very proud of it! Loser.
 
According to Tropical World, Precision is simply renting a A greenhouse there. At 17 acres it has to be the biggest damn greenhouse on the planet. :ack2:

I would assume that he has made things right for you since I saw you hanging out together at the Ft. Lauderdale show.

Clearing it up

I promised myself I would not get involved with another BOI post. I feel most of you simply reply because you like self gratification and have an unlimited amount of time on your hands. Personally, I have known Nick for three years, He's been to my house, I've been to his. I've been to his new place. He has never intentionally screwed me. Were not close friends, just friends but I purchase my animals gratification. I also know Josh, He is a good kid that is very knowledgeable about his animals and takes great care on promoting good health of his collection. You never know, he could one day be the next Ralph Davis or Brian B. (He may have some competition with my son though, LOL) I personally don't think it is about the money for Josh. (His father has the funding to purchase Josh an entire Pet Shop if he really wanted to) I believe he feels he has been taken advantage of, stating a simple (Hey Josh, I'm sorry) would clear it up. What you all have to keep in mind is that Josh is very young, and has not fully matured in dealing with all aspects of every day life. Yes, Josh did work at DFR for several months, he also helped at local B-Day parties represented by DFR. I believe Josh worked there to help further his knowledge of reptiles and to help fund for the weekly purchase of his collection. (without simply asking his parents to buy everything). I will say this, I know them both. Most of you reading this do not. This post needs to end now. This is a situation between Josh and Nick which needs to be resolved between themselves. I am sure you will see more of Josh in the upcoming years as his collection expands and matures. I know you all have had plenty to say about Nick in the past, you have shared your comments and the reptile community is aware so leave it alone.
