• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Natalie Beacom=Problem Buyer...

my rescue is not in question its about the snakes and David being pissed at me.. please from now on leave my rescue out of this as its not a concern with this topic..

Sorry, no can do. Although I see it as a poor attempt to pat yourself on the back, it was YOU that brought your rescue business into this.

Please see post #12. No one mentioned your rescue before you did.

See, it can't be left along now..because what you've done is admit to committing fraud (if you can't produce the certificate of approval).

I know it's already been said!! But she seems to keep overlooking it!

Actually, No. Have you even looked up the definition of slander? Maybe you should know all of your facts before you start accusing everyone :NoNo:

Word.

All we've done is question the validity of your claims to be a certified non-profit organization. By making such claims, and admitting you do not indeed have the proper certification, it is YOU who is making false statements, not us.

no bill you started my rescue bashing..

Chuck's first post here was to criticize David for removing the ad without payment (or at least agreeing with Jerry for saying as much).

The first time your "rescue" was mentioned was when you prostituted it in order to paint yourself in a more favorable light. YOU opened the door, Chuck just walked through it.

but I'm not saying sorry for my rescue.. I do run a rescue and i am 501(c)(3) weather you all be leave me or not.. That's your problem not mine..

Just a couple years ago Reptiles magazine did an article on Reptile Rescues. The majority of spent 3 - 7 years in their efforts to obtain their 501(c) status. Most were not able to get it. How did you get yours so fast? Have your financials been requested as of yet? 80 - 90% of animal rescues done privately DO NOT get 501 (c) or any other status.

My father and a group of friends started their own museum. It took nearly 3 years to get their 501(?) status. Almost 3 years of applications , sending in financial records , inventory lists etc. They are expecting another 24 - 36 months of paperwork to be approved for an upgraded status.

After having read this thread , I'll agree your a flat out liar. No one of a moral & ethical standing in this hobby needs two screen names , each of which has a different user name.

While you may think sending in the application with the fee gives you some sort of 501 status , you are sadly mistaken and misinformed. If you have done the proper research to verify if you are being considered for some 501 status and choose to pawn that off on those unsuspecting donators , then you are not only a liar but a thief as well.

all a 501(c)(3) is that you dont have to pay taxs when you go buy something.. its not really a staus of if your a rescue or not.. anyone can be a rescue the 501(c)(3) is just there to help you on not haveing to pay more then the average people..

Last I checked just sending in application doesn't mean squat. If you were approved you would still get paperwork that would need to be presented to each & every vendor ( stores , suppliers , etc.) you buy from so they could copy it and have it on file. If you don't have that, you aren't a 501 anything.

Wow....talk about giving somebody enough rope to hang themselves with.

LOL

Maybe Natalie should consult her "lawyer" so he can explain what slander is.

Are you kidding me? You haven't sold anything?! There are several animals on your website that say "NOT FOR SALE!" You can't even get the wording right to go along with your rescue story! Shouldn't it be "not for adoption"? If certain animals aren't for sale, then obviously some are (or have been).

You tell people you're a rescue to get free animals. Whether you sell them or just want some for your personal collection; It's wrong.
