In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The significance is (1) I was not in jail July 22nd. (2) My animals were illegally removed in April. If you read the full thread you would have noticed the significance. I'm finished repeating myself when my points were said over and over again.
Seamus don't worry about answering my questions it's a pretty clear answer even with no answer.

You asked why he would retail a lawyer. You threatened to sue him via email, his retaining a lawyer makes perfect sense.
You asked why he listed the animals for sale. He was given permission to at the time he did it. That was already answered.
You asked why he withdrew the ads. Your completely inappropriate bullshit emails told him there would be an incoming lawsuit. Stopping everything exactly as it was and waiting to see how it resolved is the appropriate response.
All already covered. Maybe when you get to prison you can make use of the library and learn to read.

Where in that e-mail does it say anything about suing Chris? I stated to him I would take legal action!
He withdrew the ads at the time BECAUSE he was given no legal authority to sell my animals. Since you know Chris so well why don't you shoot him a message and ask questions rather than assuming.

July 22nd was the date the newspaper said my animals were seized and Seamus claimed I was in jail when I wasn't that's all.

Thanks. I actually e-mailed the reporter that wrote the story back in Oct. to ask him about the discrepancy in the date. Apparently, it was a very busy news day in Mayberry, with widow Jones' cat getting stuck in a tree and old man Brown's cow birthing twins, as he never got back to me....

July 22 is the day that the newspaper article states that 160 snakes were confiscated/rescued from Steve's store. I don't understand why you haven't came right out and gave your theory on what all took place about the confiscation date discrepancies, who did what, when. This is what I've been trying to nail down and I think I've finally got it. Correct me if/where I'm wrong.
Your girlfriend began removing snakes April 16. When she got to the store on April 21 all snakes were gone and you said you believe your landlord had someone remove them. You (or your girlfriend) also mentioned that the store looked ransacked, as if someone had broken in.
You posted an e-mail from Jesse Rothacker in post# 275 that was dated April 26. In that e-mail Jesse said that he was contacted by "...a local environmental center and your landlord, saying the power was out and you were locked up and the animals were in trouble." He suggested they contact someone that lived closer & they said they would.
Seems to me that you may believe that your landlord had Chris Foley remove the snakes on or before April 21. Sometime after that the landlord may have realized what they did was illegal so they arranged to take the snakes back to the store, call proper authorities & the press and do it legally.
Mr Foley, as you have suggested, may just be an innocent victim of your landlord's mistake of having the snakes removed without following proper procedures. If so, and the authorities were aware that the snakes were removed illegally to begin with, I can see them advising him to not incriminate himself by answering any questions outside of a court of law. And I surely wouldn't blame Mr. Foley for heeding that advice.
Based on everything that's been posted so far I feel that if your landlord did have the snakes removed on or before April 21, his motives were either out of concern for the snakes' health (as referrenced in Jesse Rothacker's message to you) and/or the desire to get the building cleaned out so he could get another rentor in there so the landlord could pay his bills.
I don't see any evidence of the landlord's desire to acquire the snakes for personal gain. (I'm not saying that you're accusing him of such, either.) Nor do I see any evidence of the police, animal services or any other governmental agency conspiring illegal procedures or approving of illegal procedures. From what's been posted in this thread and from the newspaper article, I think it's likely that the landlord may have mentioned to authorities about his having the snakes removed already and they could have informed him that that was illegal.
In some ways that could be considered as approval or turning a blind eye, but, police usually wouldn't get involved in such cases unless there was a complaint filed. You would have to file that complaint. Besides, stories of abused/neglected animals easily when the hearts of many.
I may be way off base. It won't be the first time, nor the last.

Dont you realize that once you get stopped even for a vehicle infraction , a warrant for your arrest has been issued for a criminal complaint . Once they run a check, you will be detained, cuffed and arrested . Brought before a magistrate, and because of prior incidences of not showing up at hearings, you will be denied bail.. Can you not think straight !
Your time would be best served if you would find a good attorney, give your self up, and concern yourself with your current dilemma then continuously trying to convince this group about your misfortunes between the landlord, the electric company, the police, and whatever else has befallen you...

Steve has been posting ads here again recently.
So I'm left wondering... was he ever arrested or does he still have an existing warrant out for his crimes in Pennsylvania?
If he was arrested, has he gone to trial? What were the results?
If he was arrested and did resolve things with the court- did he then also resolve his outstanding financial obligations to the numerous individuals/entities he owed or are all those debts still outstanding?

If you want to dig for that link I posted somewhere in this thread it takes you to the PA court system's search...You can run a search using his name and county to find out if anything's been settled.

If that site is accurate and current, then it looks like absolutely nothing has been settled and that the warrant is still valid.
Since he's here posting ads, maybe he could shed a little light on the accuracy of the website. Not, of course, that he has shown himself to be credible in the least- but a confirmation from him that he's still a law dodging scumbag can probably be accepted as truthful. Any denials without some kind of evidence on his part proving that his issues have been addressed would be highly suspect though.

Well I moved around from post to post trying to find something just like that and I have to say that perhaps I was wrong about Steve. Time will tell. It does sound as if he was involved in some things that might have been out of his control although I certainly do not think he's blameless. Steve. I am sorry I mentioned this in another arena. It would however, have been a lot quicker to refer directly to that letter!
