    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

is to innundate Kingsnake with complaints. Cut off his access to advertising and you really have a put a dent into his business.

Ive already gotten the papers for the small claims court and for me right now it is not about the threats but rather about how hard I worked at his shop and now I need to sue his ass for my money and most likely he will threaten me next and then i will worry about it.

exuse me but my parents are involved. i didnt just go up to a lawyer. I have a ton more threats on my other cell phone that is now gone and metro pcs has kept the text comments that I have saved from him saying that he will kick my ass at shows, racist jokes and saying hes gonna come over and hurt me and a whole bunch of other s**t. I dont want to give to much away because I am still gathering up more evidence

Excuse me? "Most likely he will threaten me next"?
Wait. If he hasn't threatened you yet, why have you said he has?
If you are a minor, you should be letting the lawyer and your parents take care of it. Either you have a case or not, but I haven't seen much of anything to prove it here, and generally on the BOI it's gotta have some sort of proof to be believed.
IF you were owed wages, IF you saw animal abuse, IF you've been threatened.. all of it is "IF" unless you have proof. Even if you ARE a minor, it's your word against his, without proof, even if he is a general scum.
And Chuck technically according to the definition of "threat" you could now sue Get Sum for threatening your life, so I say go get him charged. After all saying "you're gonna be in trouble" is a threat against the OPs life, so that's a threat against yours.

You said you had an attorney and that you were already suing him.

I'm not taking up for Nick; yet I refuse to condemn him for THIS incident without more than what I have seen.
 
wolfy-hound perhaps you havent read any of my posts and anything when i showed the threats and told u that my parents got the papers. what do you expect me to do about the animal abuse (pull out a camera in the middle of it)! my goodness the lawyer seems to think that we have a great case here and you just want more proof upon proof upon proof, well I have a ton. and sorry to say that i am not sharing this to you guys right now because i am not comftorable yet sharing some of them for my own personal reasons. Im not threatening you or yelling at you "I respect my Elders" "I dont respect children like nick"

If you are not sharing your info, why are you here? Do you expect that because other people call him a bad guy that we, without more, will agree on your, or their, sayso?

That's what I don't understand.. you have all this tons of information, and are sueing them, then you're getting a lawyer, then a lawyer talked to someone else..
It's bouncing all over, and I don't see what posting here is supposed to accomplish, other than the fact that we are just supposed to feel sorry for you and believe it all, on your say-so.
If you're going on a public forum to state facts, I'd just think you'd have facts to back it up with. Now you're "still gathering proof".

First off, Nice car Ken, I had one of those back in High School when they first came out about 15 years ago. Are you a rent-a-cop or something of that nature? You speak your words with such authority. If and when I actually do threaten someone on this ridiculous site, you will be the first to know. Hoping to eventually cross paths with someone is not a threat by any means. Hey, Happy New Year. A new episode of cops is now on, Gotta go!

The only proof I have seen you provide here is you saying things happened and you saying that you are doing things. That is not proof that is a story you are telling.
Proof would be a scanned copy of paperwork, a scanned copy of something written by a lawyer with his signature, a scanned copy of a W4, a scanned copy of a time sheet showing that you were scheduled to work, a wav. file of verbal threats etc. Those things are proof, all you are providing here are your stories that cannot be verified.
If indeed Nick the dirt bag Nistico is guilty then take it to him in court and have done with it.
Then post a link to the news story so we can read it and know your stories were not just a young man seeking attention.
