    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Something else that just caught my eye.

Joshua, is Nick currently threatening you? How, what kind of threats, as well as, what has he said? If he's making any kind of threat towards you, whether it be a violent or non-violent, during in which any kind of legal investigation is pending, you should document them and notify your parents and your authorities.
 
Fuck Nick. He stole $154 of my money. He ducked and dodged my calls for days. I recieved a dead baby cham. and contacted him the SECOND after I opened it after taking it from UPS hands my self, he avoided all replies until I threatened him and he replied if I had not threatened he would have concidered and said I didn't make the claim soon enough. Don't buy his animals. Search his other reviews. They're all bad.
 
We have tightened down the rules here somewhat, but not to the extent where a single incident of profanity will get you banned. Yeah, if you make it a habit, though, that most certainly will take place.

But seriously, fellas, bear in mind that youngsters will be reading your words here and it doesn't reflect well on you nor this site when you use such language.

So think a bit about it before you click that SUBMIT button, please?

So he didn't hreaten to harm you? I would not classify what you just stated as threats. As long as you're doing the right thing, he can call anyone anything he wants and they can't do a thing to you. I don't doubt that he is a bad guy, but if this is the worst of it, I'd tone down the threat accusations. They can do more harm than good.

If this whole situation had occurred between (2) adults I would agree, The fact of the matter is that Josh is just a kid, and Nick is an Adult. There's a big difference when you get involved with threatening a minor opposed to an adult. Josh doesn't need to tone down Sh*t. He is not of age nor of size to fight this battle alone. Yes, I am friends with Nick, but Josh has got my back on this one. Again, I personally know them both. Josh is a good kid, I'm sure some day he will be doing shows with my kid. I will not befriend Nick because of his actions, but I sure as hell will not approve. The way I see it, Nick has had (2) opportunities to build his business and reputation in the reptile community. It is apparent that he has had substantial negative feedback through both Dark Forest and Precision Reptile Labs. Everyone has the opportunity to control their own destiny in Life. Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you.:thumbsup:

If you and he were speaking on the phone you were in no immediate danger no matter how upset you were with each other. My parents used to tell me I was in big trouble all the time and I hardly saw it as a major threat.
As far as fish and wildlife, it is not a threat to do something one is entitled to do, and we are all entitled to talk to these agencies.

I agree with you Jason. I would hope that there are laws that recognize that even implied threats, which are what I would consider what Nick has done, to minors to be considered outside of what adults are liable for?
Josh, Have you told Nick to stop contacting you? If you haven't I would recommend it ( via email as a document) and then refuse all calls and/or other forms of communications from him, he can then be charged with harassment or even possible menacing.

You need to stop answering the phone, document all calls, emails,PM's, public posts by him, etc. from him and then contact the police to file harassment charges, if they won't file at this point then find out what they need in order for you to do so. At the least they will be aware of what is going on and you will have started doing the right thing to resolve this.
 
If he has documentation/proof of the calls and that they were harassing and or threatening then he has enough to file a suit. At the Super Show this weekend I spoke with a lawyer who took a point to find and talk to us... This person has been following this whole Nick thing (hello; and thanks!) and told me that I should file a lawsuit post haste against him. With the harassing and threatening calls from him that I have recorded from him as well as testimony that I have from other people about his proven track record of slanderous behavior by him. Nick has also mentioned my business by name so I was also told that I can go after him for a second count.
Will I do this? I don’t know, I am not the sue type of person... However Snakeboy, if you have your proof I assure you can sue him.
