    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I don't know you Ed and I'm not going to judge you by what other people say and write. I've had no dealings with you or Belcher but have had many with John. "Pretty sure" that John is a scumbag? Doesn't sound like he knows what he's talking about. If he assumes that wouldn't he also have to assume that you're a scumbag?

I would submit that it is your close association which removes your objectivity.
Yes he may be a really nice guy for the folks that come to his place for a "beer or Mountian Dew" but that does not mean he is not shady in his business dealings.
Mr. Belcher & Mr. Clark have repeatedly been shown to be shady characters there is little reason for a disassociated objective person to believe that their business associate Mr. Martino aka RMJ Reptiles is any different.
In other word; just because he gave you a snake that he, possibly, get sold does not mean he is not of questionable character.
The very fact that he admits he is close to Mr. Clark yet claims he tried collection through a customer who lives quite a distance away raises questions.

My objectivity Mr. Dove? What I say is based on many dealings with John. Do you have any dealings with John...do any of the people chiming in have any dealings with John?

Let me ask a question...Has anyone seen John's name come up on here that hasn't been in a positive way before this mess? John's been in business a long time, produced and sold many snakes, but no negative threads or bad transactions with him reported? Doesn't that answer questions about his snakes and business ethics? This has been a mess where 2 names that a lot of people don't like (not judging) pulled in the name of another person with a SOLID reputation. Look for yourself...find a bad thread.

No, And do you want to know why? John himself said today that he sells to Allen. Allen has been known to sell snakes carring some pretty funky stuff.. So How do we know they arent going to Allen infected from Johns place?
Fill me in Pinhead. And post Johns vet reports while your at it..:D

Ed, If you have done multiple thousands of dollars of business with John, and claim that he has been partners with Allen for years, how can you say that you have never received an animal from Allen?
How many of the hatchlings that you bought or got in trade from John did he purchase from or get in trade from Allen? How many were produced from the breeding projects they were partners on?
Ed, if what you say is true, you have been flipping Allen's snakes for years and a good part of your personal collection was probably produced by Big Daddy Allen Belchers animals.

Thats not possible, I have a closed collection of breeders and its been that way long before I met John Martino.

I added 1 Ball Python from John to my breeding group after it lived in quarantine for 3 months. I watched him pull it out of the incubator for me.

If you say the eggs that were in Johns incubator belonged to Allen you are very much mistaken.

btw, it did not smell of the stench of living in its own urine and crap like an Allen Beltcher produced ball python would.
 
One thing I don't get is this: Despite the conflict of interest in using one customer to collect the debt from another customer, if Ed and John are both in NJ (which they are), wouldn't it be more productive to use a more local debt collector. Something stinks here....almost like a love triangle gone really bad.
