Good Guy Tom Crutchfield/Bruce Stephenson

I ordered a male Surinam bcc Sunday night from Tom. We exchanged several emails, and he took recent pics and sent them to me as well. He even called me the afternoon before the shipment to let me know about an odd bowel movement the snake had. He assured me that if I had any problems with the snake down the road , he would replace it or give me a full refund.

I've buying reptiles since the early 90's. With the internet being the primary means of sales, much of that personal touch has been lost. I really havent gotten service like this since the old days. It was really nice to do business with an old school guy. Not to mention this boa is amazing... here's a photo

Boa arrived early AM(7:30) to limit the snakes exposure to any cold....perfectly packaged, and in great condition....

It is my understanding that titles and posts are to be about one person at a time. So unless Bruce ate Tom there are to many names in the title one of which is not even mentioned in the post.

They are business partners... hence they are one entity.... Is it really necessary to break my balls about technicalities....

OK if I must mention the other... I bought another boa Oct 12th 2008 from Bruce as well...same company..... Which was another good experience.... If I really must edit my post and post an entirely new one for Bruce I will, but I think that's pretty ridiculous....

No actually I was going to suggest that he use the business name the next time he posts a good guy thread and then just mention either Tom or Bruce's name - or both - depending on who serviced him.

And no, I'm not actually aware of the company name. I hardly frequent Kingsnake.

I couldn't even find it on sunbiz.org using either of their names. No business name is showing up for a Tom/Thomas Crutchfield or for a Bruce Stephenson.

Isnt that odd? Maybe they just didn't have time for the official paperwork yet.
