Inquiry tandrreptiles good or bad?

I am not a theif and because of an incodent I dont think you have the right to judge. I have been in Chicago, tending to my father who has terminal cancer. My grandmother does not believe in t.v. or computers so I had no internet access.

This Hobby is my life, and I am the last person who would steel from people like you guys. It has just been very tuff, and I have not been ducking/dodging anyone. I told everyone I had a family issue going on. Half these people send me there money without even coming on an agreement. Then get mad when they didnt get there stuff, when I had no idea they sent the money.

All money will be paid back in full. I just dont appreciate people going into my ads and talking about me that im not trust worthy and things along those lines.

It even said earlier in these posts that I have not been on here in a while. This website is my life, and if I havent been coming on obviously something has been going on with me,

It just really pisses me off when people say" I alerted other forums to let them know.

Then you start calling me a theif, you dont even know me. I can understand why you are mad,
but when your father is dying across the country you tend to drop everything and go. You dont go on the computer and say hold on let me go on paypal.

You obviously have a co-worker. Why couldn't your co-worker contact these folks and let them know the status of their orders in your absence? Why wouldn't you instruct him to do so while you were out of town?

Also, why do you call him your "co-worker"? Dont you own the business?

There is no co-worker. He's just a kid who is panicked and runs his business half ass and doesn't want to be responsible to own up to the complaints. I don't doubt he'd kill half his family off as excuses to buy more time to refund the money that's owed on a product that he probably didn't have available to send out in the first place.

I've seen this all way to many times before. Same old stories and excuses.

If he had the product - his customers would have it.
If he had the money - he voluntarily would have refunded his buyers by now.

You'll see. It wont be long when those who complained will be around to say that PayPal closed the claim and no refund could be collected.

I'd like to think I'm wrong but I don't think so.

I really hope it doesn't end up that way for you Michael. I'd like to see you get what you deserve.

His using two last names is a big red flag. Typical to a seller who has had an account closed with PayPal and they open a new account under a different name to continue to conduct business.

If I might dispense with some advice....you might want to contact PayPal about that and give them the last name of Arlen that he used here to register to check and see if there is any connection.* I've got a feeling there is.

The guy reminds me of Justyn Miller. If you read up on him you'll see what I mean. Wouldn't surprise me if those two heads were best friends or related somehow.

I was ripped off by this twit too. After he got the money he didn't deliver the goods, refund my money, or answer the phone or return any emails. I sent an email to him from another account inquiring about turtles for sale and he promptly replied to it. This guy is deliberately defrauding people. It looks like he's in Florida but that could be a lie to. I'm going there in March and will be trying to track him down from there. If anybody knows his whereabouts or any other information about him please advise.

Funny you should say that... within an hour or two of me posting that he has initiated a refund through Paypal of our money. The message said it could take up to 7 days to show back up in our account... we'll see. I'm just glad he decided to do the right thing.

Matthew, I was thinking the same thing but I am also just thinking about taking a road trip to visit little Ryan to get my money back in person. Not sure what I want to do yet...I guess we will see how this plays out.

I'll say this guys... as I wouldn't want my personal info posted on a board, even though in this situation it seems waranted, and legally as a business you must list a valid address to accept cc payments~
Ryan's info is pubically available if you "let your fingers do the walking"

This Ryan guy is unbelievable. He asked me to cancel the paypal claim for the money he swindled off me so he could continue his business of scamming people. And that way he could earn the money to pay me back in monthly installments. Yeah right! He then had the nerve to accuse me of "wanting to do it the hard way". After taking my money and refusing a refund or giving any reason why he could not deliver the goods. Not only is Ryan an unethical crook he's also an idiot. He claims he gave a phony address, which if true also undermines his credibility but that's where I'm going to start looking for him. He's probably lying about being a liar.
