    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

IF (a big IF) this were to be true, manning up to mistakes made in the past and demonstrating that you are doing things the right way would be a step in gaining back some of that trust. To date, all we've ever seen from you is lies, denial, boasts, and insults. Do you really think your passive/aggressive tactics are going to help anyone's opinion of you? :shrug01:

You have made it known that without the industrys help this site will not continue to be around as you can not continue to keep dumping money into it! This site can be a very effective tool for this industry. I have even used this site to help get the word out on a few myself. I will put my money where my mouth is and state, If you are interested in getting serious about using this site for the good of all and stop the good for some. I would be willing pledge money to you for the purpose of keeping this site going, or I would even entertain discussion with you on buying the site.

Back to the topic at hand I too would be upset and disturbed if my snakes were housed in the condictions the pics show. No one can successfully breed snakes and continue to be in the industry if the snakes are not properly cared for and housed correctly. I am looking foward to another huge season. I am expecting to produce several thousand snakes this season. Also I have already brokered another investment that is not reptile related and have already started down sizing my collection. I will still be in the industry I will however not be producing thousands of babies, just a few hundred.

As I have stated before if you all knew who all I sold to it would make you feel so silly. I know for a fact some of you deal with people who buy from me. Don't for one minute think that because someone is big in this industry that they don't run out of product from time to time and need something. Also keep in mind that they're alot of people who still are middlemen and women in this industry.

For the mods, Make sure Rich is aware of my request here, Please and Thank you.

Have you read the posts? The replies? Have you seen the pictures? I am honestly horrified that someone in your position has the nerve to yell witch hunt. COME ON! Lets be reasonable here. If you have 500 snakes. You treat them all like crap, 10% die, 20% are sick, you still have a pretty big base to sell. For the record there's alot said about how delicate snakes can be but the truth be told they are very hardy animals. They can take alot of punishment and come out ok. There are bad practices and then there are bad people.

And you are basically saying that Allen has 500 snakes therefore he treats them like crap? Seriously though, why hasn't anyone e-mailed the guy from the Dixie show about this? Why isn't the whole state of Alabama having IBD?

No, what I am saying is exactly what I said. Snakes a much more durable than we give them credit for. They can, if forced to, withstand alot of abuse. As for the IBD. That was one snake I believe. I highly recommend you read the literature on how IBD is spread. Here's a fantastic link.

Being a retrovirus, it can be held in a snake in a carrier form. It can be around along time and not raise it's ugly head. As well.... If you are doing precious little cleaning, your not spreading it like you would be if you actually cleaned cages. Not all snakes with IBD present with extremely obvious signs like stargazing. Some of them reguritate alot ( I think that was discussed in previous forum posts)
 
WTF he's keeping bloods and retics... look at those poor balls, jeez. Those animals need to be rescued from that sh*thole ASAP.
 
I bought a large male sulcata tortoise from him at the Tampa reptile expo a couple years ago. He always displays his animals in good setups at the shows, but I'm shocked to see how his animals are cared for at his home.
 
I was working down south about 5 months ago and bought a tiger retic from Big Daddy. He was more than happy to show me his facility, including all snake and rodent buildings. All I can say is his place is perfect, he showed me several of his snakes. If you haven't seen his facility first hand then your opinion can't compete with my personal experience.

I would do business with him at any time. Not everyone will give a full tour of their facility and take that much time just to sell a single $100 snake. He's just a good guy running a decent business.

i wouldve had to help myself to rescuing some of those piebalds, especially since they werent taken care of. :D that setting is pretty gross.

That was just absolutley disguisting to me, REGAURDLESS if those were just a few enclosures it is unexceptable. I honestley think some should call the animal control on him for the abuse to those animals. I can see if it goes a day or two, but after that it is straight neglect. It is good to see someone showing the true side to this man, and this would be the reason why he sells his animals so cheap. As far as his buisness practices goes, he is simply trying to push alot of animals threw his facility, and make money. But as far as his husbandry practices go, he needs to be beatin with a bamboo stick.
 
OMG! Those are horrible conditions for animals to be living in. When my snakes urinate or poop I clean the whole cage ASAP. this guy is unreal, those pics made me want to vomit. I can imagine the smell.... If his reptile facility is that gross and nasty imagine the living conditions in his home... or imagine this guys hygiene. This is AWFUL just AWFUL!

BigDaddy runs a big pile of $hit for a business.... he needs to find another way to make money instead of unloading IBD infested animals to people unkowing on the filth they come from!
