    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What fraud ad? I have several blue marine file snakes and always had them here so I can advertise my stock anytime if I want to. The animals are in my possession and if that is a source of your anger, then you should get over it.

Just admit you filed a bogus report with the FBI and robbed me of the snakes and refund and apologize and the truth will set you free.

So what you're saying is that at the time I last contacted on 11/14/08 you did in fact have animals available and therefore were lying to me and therefore trying to scam me out my animals. Is this correct Dan

But that's not what you sent Juan, now is it? Twist it any way you want to, and the laser will continue to be focused on the real point.

You did not send Juan what he paid for as was advertised in your ad. Period. Dot. End of comms. The rest is pretty much between you and Juan, but the fact that you advertise one item and send another is relevent to all. Right, Marine?

I submit they arrived in sad condition and Juan was informed many times to return the snakes. He refused. I tried a dozen calls to his roommate and never was a call returned.

Juan refused to return the snakes and held them many months.

I still offered replacements or a refund. Juan refused a refund.

He was informed more were arriving and saw me advertising my stock and thought he was being robbed out of replacements, and vice calling or emailing me as to the what or why I was advertising more, he flew off his rocker and filed a bogus complaint of non-receipt of goods with the FBI which was a false and a bogus complaint. See the tracking number my friend and the proof has been provided already.

He kept my snakes, got the refund, and proved you cannot read the facts.

By the way, what gave you any idea I was ever a marine? I never was. So you are wrong about many things my friend. How about doing some homework before opening your loud mouth and making me waste time explaining the facts to you my friend.

Regardless, drop and give me 20 push ups for proving to be a fool. Maybe that will teach you to read before yapping.

Dan please be so kind so a to provide evidence the I requested to have the animals shipped via the importer.

Also I thought you just said you had the animals in your possession when you posted the ad. So which is it did you have these animals available and therefore lying and trying to scam me or did you not have these animals available and therefore were trying to scam someone else? please be so kind as to clarify this.

The facts are that Juan did not return the snakes and was issued a full refund because he extorted with a bogus report to the FBI. - Plain and simple. If you read it any other way, then you are a boob (no offense meant to anyone personally).

As such, Juan got away with the snakes and the money. His own evidence depicts that I did everything possible to give him new snakes or a refund.

Now its clear I was robbed of the snakes and money by Juan.

Any loud mouths here going to help me get the snakes or money back? For all I know, the other 3 are swimming around in a fish bowl in his house.

Heck, I thought you guys were honest and were gonna help me get my snakes back or my money.

Juan, write as big as letters as you can and it still wont eliminate the facts that you are a crook and thief who stole my snakes and money. Ah, and now you are lying again. You specifically asked me to have the importer send you the snakes so they would not incur two flights and to save you shipping money as I initially told you I was sold out but can find more. Is the truth now making you think twice about telling lies? Now that is a reasonable motive for you to request that. I apologized and told you dozens of times you would get good snakes and tried to give you back your money. Instead you held the 3 good snakes for months and filed a bogus report which was determined FRAUD by the FBI.

The evidence I provided shows you filed a bogus report. The evidence shows that you indeed received the goods. Your own evidence shows I did everything possible to fill your order.

Now apologize and admit you are a liar and thief.

Discounting your reputation here already Dan, I think it's fairly obvious why no one wants to "help" you. You'd be an idiot to help someone who calls you a loudmouth, loser, etc on a regular basis and never adds anything relevant to a thread.

Now, carry on your banter that will take this thread to 50+ pages without having reached anything substantial.

I have transacted thousands of sales and never had a legitimate complaint. This guys complaint is bogus. He refused to return the goods and filed bogus reports to extort funds he was not entitled to.

Yea, I've had thieves and scammers try to bully for more than the terms of sale but their scams were proven to be a scam as I extended the guarantees before they made a bogus report here. And expect more scammers as this hobby stinks with them perhaps.

wait are you referring to the four snakes you had in your possession the entire time? are these the snakes you were posting in your ad? The very same snakes you refused to send to me because they were yours and did not want to part with?

The buyer pursuaded me to have the importer ship them directly to him despite I don't do business that way and never have before nor ever will again.

I was accomodating a special request from the buyer. His requests and his demands as he was informed I was out of them. I would of course preferred they be shipped to me first but the buyer did not want to pay for twice the shipping. His request, his terms, only to provide great customer satisfaction to him, not me.

Read the facts moo. I did not broker anything. Ask Rob Carmichael and many others who received my stock directly from me and how great the animals were.

Broken record much? I'm sorry Dan, but after reading these two particular sentences over and over again, multiple times in every thread there is about you or made by you, it loses whatever effect you think it has.

There is something I'm wondering however, forgive me if it's been addressed already.

-> You placed an Ad for the snakes. Juan contacted you wanting to purchase said snakes. Now here is where I'm confused. You say you placed the ad for the snakes you had in your possession. So one would think those are the animals that are being presented and therefor offered for sale. So.. why did Juan receive animals from an importer that were NOT in your possession. In this, yes you did file a fraudulent ad unless Juan was aware that he was not receiving the animals that YOU had placed an ad about. Please don;t try and twist this in a way that makes it seem acceptable. Because from what I've read, you placed an ad for your animals (you said this yourself), Juan contacted you about those animals, but received different ones.

Heather, yes, you are confused. Juan and I spoke and I told him I was out of them and he pried into my sources and asked me to see if the importer would give up his own personal snakes. I called the importer and he said he would. Since Juan pried, he learned the importer lived near him in Texas and Juan persuaded me to allow the importer to send him the snakes so Juan would avoid two shipping expenses and reduce the stress on his snakes. I said OK and that was a big mistake. He got them and said they were unsat and I said returned them and he refused and kept 3 of them for months as far as I know and I believe he still has them. I never even saw a photo of the dead one so perhaps he has all 4 and is having fun making up stories.

I mean he frauded his government with a bogus report of non-receipt of goods, so lied there. Who's to trust anything he says.

The buyer robbed me of the snakes and monies via a bogus report of non-receipt of goods.

You want to ignore the facts and evidence and take his side and look stupid, then so be it as it par for the course with the several dozens of times you proved to be a fool in front of your peers.
 
Dan we have been arguing over this for the past ten pages and as much as I wouldn’t mind continuing and given that a lot of things have been said back and forth I would like to get a clarification on your part so I make sure I understand your position and perhaps come to an understanding.

Is your official stance on the matter at hand that as of 11/16/08 you had no new animals available and did not want to part with your 4 personal animals, which is understandable and that I had no reason to feel robbed and seek legal action against you as your intention all along was to replace my animals whenever they happen to arrive be it a week or two.

Also could you tell me if you ended up obtaining a new shipment of animals and when that was just so I can get a feel for how long I would have had to wait.

Am I correct in this interpretation? Please all need is a yes or a no just to make sure I have your side of the story straight and don’t misinterpret it. After which you can continue your attack on my personal character if you feel the need
