In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ken, it is clear he acquired snakes from Mr. Miller and refused to return them to Mr. Miller, so I may only be able to file suite for the refund and other damages.
As such, Mr. Miller perhaps has a case because the man was paid back for the snakes the buyer refused to return.
Since the snakes were never in my possession or ownership, another party may have to be involved. I don't know exactly but have to see what the attorney advised we do.

Folks here have made the false charge that I brokered snakes whereas I only went out of my way to do a favor for the buyer and referred him to get the personal pets of another individual as I was sold out of the snakes I was advertising.
That evidence was supported in an email from Mr. Miller, the individual who sent his personal pets and his son's personal pet to the buyer.
That evidence supports the contention of what I have been saying all along -that the buyer is a liar, thief and fraud as the email and other FEDEX evidence shoots his story in the garbage can.
Now for some odd reason, folks I have proven wrong before are attempting to discount the evidence and email as fraud, but no one here will provide an email to forward it to.
If people are going to attempt to discount evidence and refuse to receive it via email, then they discredit themselves.
Is there someone here with any integrity that will post their email or email me and I will forward the email and you can see it is not fraud but the facts.

For years you have made dozens of false charges against me and my company without having the evidence presented in front of you to make a reasonable remark. And your remarks have all been proven wrong, so any charge here is obviously retaliation for proving you wrong many times before.

What you might like to know is that there are many attorney's out there that are hungry for business and they keep 30 percent of what they can recover from slander and other types of defamation suites. If you indeed took action that was bogus to report anything to anyone that was bogus, then your actions are liable for damages regardless if you think you were right or not. It is not your business to stick your nose into other peoples business. Yea, you can stick your nose somewhere in an emergency and skim the law, but otherwise, ya gotta answer to the law.
They will be working on a commission basis to investigate the charges of all and they can determine if they can make any recovery. If not, that is no problem either but I bet it makes you think twice before slandering anyone else without have the facts presented to you. Also, there are many laws that govern posting other people's emails without their permission and a zillion other laws that the legal experts can factor into it all.
I don't have to pay them a dime and they do all of the work so it is a pleasure sometimes to mop up, and sister, you need a mopping bad.

First off... Slander isn't even the charge you'd be able to file... so instead of making threats that do not even work, maybe you should take 5 minutes and learn SOMETHING.
Second, I have still to this day (and I have read a LOT of things you've written) not seen a single thing that lead me to ANY conclusion other than that you have the intellectual ability of a pineapple.

To be honest... I'd be considerably more worried about having a plane fall on my house while simultaneously being struck by lightning than about being brought up on a lawsuit by Dan...
But... i guess if he's really serious there are PLENTY of Judges out there that will be more than happy to laugh him out of their court rooms.

And I have never lost any customer as any bogus complaint only proved that I extended my companies guarantee for great customer satisfaction or went ABOVE and BEYOND the terms of sale for great customer satisfaction BEFORE any bogus claim was presented on the BOI. Show me any complaint where I did not and you win a cookie. But you cannot because I offered compensation that was beyond the terms of sale.
And do not be silly to discount the other readers ablilities to read through the garbage. I just had someone email me today and said he read this exact post and wants to order a dozen frogs. Doubt me, here it is:

So if you are seeking brownie points in defense of your associates here, perhaps rethink your motive before posting more silly stuff. Perhaps word it more carefully next time before something else sinks your ship.

Unfortunately, you seem to have a "God Complex" about yourself... which says quite a bit about you. Disagreeing with you is not going to "sink my ship"... if anything, it'll prevent me from going down with you. I'm not sure what was worded "improperly"... or how exactly stating the obvious constitutes attempting to "earn brownie points"...
Well, your "email" goes to show (provided it's real, which I doubt) that there are always going to be the people which are more interested in getting what they want NOW as opposed to waiting... Hopefully over time, people will realize that educating themselves and making informed decisions is the better way to go...

"Nasty Language"? Correct me if I'm wrong... but I am pretty certain that I have not used any language even remotely resembling profanity.
