    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Has anyone deal with this person? I am a little wary because of his location. Can someone give me some information about their experience. I saw that he was kicked off. If someone knows details please let me know.
 
Do I need to add my name at the end or is it fine being on the my profile. BTW, I am asking about your experience if I get more than 5 people saying he is not a good breeder I will not deal with him. I just want to know general details like did you get your animal, how was the service (shipping), anything difficult?
 
Be very wary (Run away, Run away!!!) - and his location is only one of the factors.
His ads were classic scam, but he was banned from this site for posting death threats and attempting to extort money.

I could, but it wouldn't help - those posts were deleted as they violated site rules (in a big way). You obviously knew he had been banned, so just look at his old posts...

:eek: Sounds like a good call to me....only one person responded - not the 5 you were looking for - and there was no transaction so the "evidence' doesn't mean much. The guys probably legit. Post some pics when you get your snakes.

Same here about that getting what I pay for. Sorry about that extra post there I didn't see your post until after I posted. No hard feelings. I actually just told him no. I think I would rather get it from a breeder around here but it is P. Barbouri. I don't think I will be able to get my hands on one for a good price soon. I think they will become a breeding gecko soon. If some other people want to post something feel free. I mean this is a BOI. I actually told him no for these reason on here and I will probably not talk or buy from him. I really hate these guys from Africa who email you about geckos and usually you are scammed or you have to do stupid shipping stuff. Like going to a airport. I think they should understand that they need websites and feedback. They will come off as scammers otherwise. Have any of you guys dealt with a African? I guess you can post your experience I would like to know if we can come a decision whether or not to buy from Africans. I don't want to sound weird but it does seem funny.
 
There are legit African dealers...and you would have to go to an airport to accept the shipment. Look at it this way...how cost effective do you think it would be to ship a handful of animals to the U.S. from Africa (or anyplace overseas)? It isn't a cheap prospect, and the old adage usually rings true: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
