    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have been getting their wholesale lists for some time now and have never ordered anything from them. Looks good but I cannot find anything on them besides they are in Cali. Anyone out there have any experience with them?
 
I purchase from them at least once a month, and have never had a problem with a single order. Andy and his wife are great people to deal with.

MY ORDER

I don't know anything about orders from Africa and that is not my business. My order is due to come in today and that is what I place my concerns on. Are the animals quality, qre they packed well and what about service after the purchase. That's what makes me happy or unhappy.

I understand your main concerns (and in this case, only concerns) is your order....and I hope it goes down very smoothly for you. However a crook is a crook, and if they have the intentions to steal from a company in Africa, it shows where their morals are. I personally wouldn't support a company who has stolen a shipment from over seas. There are Plently of places to get healthy, wholesale reptiles from. But that is just my 0.02 and I hope it goes well for you.

And for all we know maybe he did square it up with them but the site never updated it. Doubt it though.

MY ORDER

I got the order a few days ago. All looked well but they shorted me several things and billed me for them. I called back, they said they would replace and eat the shippnig (across country). I added a bunch more to make it worth their while and stuff I needed. Well, the new order arrived BUT there were more problems. I was billed for some sand fish and they weren't in there and I had ordered 3 butter corns, 2 for customers that were waiting, that weren't in there.

I understand problems ad forgettig that something were or weren't in the box BUT my pet peave is when they know they are out and don't call to tell that I don't have these. Maybe you would like something else or you ordered a certain amount of a species for the animal and the price differential on ordering more. If I order 3 at $35 each or one at $45 that is a big difference for a RETAIL shop to makeup. Otherwise the animals looked good just the service wasn't there. Maybe busy, maybe a huge operation.

Didn't go as well as I had hoped, BUT Andy did come through and try to make it right.

Talked with Andy. The rest of my order is comig today. Everything is made right BUT it took 3 tries. I must be honest, I would buy from them COD. I would order then pay for what I received.

I just posted in inquiry on them b4 I checked to see if some1 else did. They are close to me, so I'll be picking up when I order. The animals u got where well acclimated then?
I plan on getting some Chams. and monitors and some xtras to add as "filler" on my website.
 
Well, got my order, even picked up........Andy is one hell of a nice guy and his customer service is top notch!! I had to break my order up to 2 p/u's and he didnt have a problem with that. The animals are all top notch and his facility is well laid out. You can tell he really put thought into making sure the animals get acclimated right away......
I am looking forward to buying from him again!! Give him a try, you wont be disappointed!!

I have since ordered two more times from them and everything was wonderful. The only problem I have is that they are in California and I am in Virginia so shipping gets bquite high, other than that they did a great job and I am very happy and can definately recommend them to anyone. Thanx to everyone her and Andy and his wife.

Yea, I live like 50miles south of them......so dont have to worry about shipping costs. Besides.......going there lets me satisfy my impulse buying needs....LOL

I've only done business with them once; Eco-Regional is Alex Charec, dba Dewey and Dewey and Eco Regional Reptiles. He was non-responsive to my e-mails and calls. I should have taken the hint. He did not ship when he said he would, wasting my time. He did not follow through when he said he would. The animals he sent were damaged and thin. He did not send an invoice. He did not guarantee perfect animals as promised.

I say the guy is a creep to avoid. I am David O. Gray and this transaction was in December of 2009.

I wouldnt......its a hit or miss with him. Was cool the first time, but after that.......hard to get ahold of and I've seen other bad BOI on him lately on him not shipping animals and not responding to others also.

Dont know if he's having personal problems or what, but I wont use him again......
 
Same common issues here...Andy posted moellendorf ratsnakes on kingsnake.com...I ordered a male and two females...received male and one female..said he would send out another female...now been about a month and he never responds...at first he said he would credit or send another animal...I told him I wanted the moellendorf..he said he was waiting on another shipment....still waiting I guess...the male ended up having a respiratory infection..took him to a vet but treatment was to late and he died...emailed Andy to say we would take another male instead or trade the missing snake with something easier to care for...no response for about a week now and never answers phone calls...guess I lost $250 total...maybe he will eventually come through but will never do business with again...not recommended!!!!!
 
UPDATE!!! Still no response from Andy either by phone or email...the other snake I did receive from him died also...still out one snake or refund...including vet bill I am out over $550...will be filing charges and complaints soon...sent final email to Andy and gave 24 hours to correct issue...will see by tomorrow what he does...if anyone know how to get hold of him or knows of an add by him please send my a link...thanks
