In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Inquiry How do I take back my credits from Alex Hue?

We were posting at the same time.

However, your most recent post a new email from Alex explaining why he's upset, states he knew nothing of there being an issue till last minute. He also asks for a copy of this email that was supose to tell him of an issue that you say you sent earlier. Can you find it or is it a case of you thought you sent it and in fact you never did? :shrug01:

as my post before this one said i do not see the relevance of this you didnt tell me about problems because i am not CLAIMING annything for those problems i have had

i held alex to his side of the deal 12 week old geckos he didnt live up to that deal so i cancelled simpel.

annyway it shows to me that alex is able to respond again therefor i am happy that this can be settled ,

i want my 750 dollars back on my paypall account : [email protected]
if alex hase in no way the means to pay me my 750 dollars we can work something out in the way of annimals but as stated before ONLY of same value and under supervision of a 3rd NEUTRAL person accepted by both partys.

( PS i will not be able to respond until tomorrow night GMT+1 time since its a holiday day and im going out :) )

i am not claiming annything for the geckos that i lost ...... i held alex to the 12 weeks part he didnt hold to that deal i cancelled piont finished .. i have reasons not to want realy small young geckos from alex simpel as that so i do not see what the piont is you are trying to make he didnt life up to the deal i cancelled .

can you give me 1 reason why he is in the right with keeping my monney although he didnt hold to his end of the deal .

Greetz

richard

and yes the deal was 12 weeks or older is asking for 12 grams to much ??? if that would be true that 12 week old geckos are not even 12 grams you can tell annyone what you think but i know fom experiance that it seldom happens that a gecko 12 weeks of age hase NOT hit 12 grams yet .

It does have some relevance since you did mention that this was one of the reason why you canceled your order last minute in the first place and then expected a full refund. If you were unhappy with the first order you should have canceled the order earlier and not after it was shipped to the exporter. Alex took the time to pull the animals for your order, traveled to ship them, shipped them, and had to have them shipped back to him.

Now the issue is what is really owed to you? The $880 was to include a return to Alex of the MSSTA, but now you're keeping that animal and you agreed it was worth $130, so down to $750, but what about Alex's time and cost incurred for shipping to and from his exporter? This is something the two of you have not really gotten to agree upon so this is really where things got out of hand. If you guys can get to an agreed amount in a civil manner maybe we can get this corrected?

Now you've mentioned you don't believe Alex incurred any cost because of the late cancellation, right? So if Alex can show you proof, are you willing to work out something on the amount? I can not speak for Alex but IMHO I think he'd be willing to work with you.

i payed 250 for a MSSPTA but i got a 120 worth MSSTA so alex owes me 130 on that.

and exactly 1 of the reasons was that i DIDNT want small annimals for my reasons and no i do not believe alex incurred anny costs because 1st he didnt even mention it he said give me your paypall asap il refund you ....
also you do not send leopardgeckos 12 days BEFORE a show in a container ...

if he can show me proof yes

but as sayd i already deducted 130 dollars of the summ he owes me that would be 880 - 130 = 750

Richard

and thank you :) it will be fun.

Hello Alex,

When will you be sending the monney back on my Paypall account?

The reason i ask is i want to spend the monney on the Hamm expo.

Greetings
Richard van Vondel

after a pretty long while i still dint have monney thats where it realy took of for me .

Does this include the first order in which everything was ok? Can you post proof of each payment for just the last agreed upon deal that this thread is about, not including the first transaction that went without a hitch?

The reason I ask is because in Alex's reply he states that there is a balance due to complete the original order as agreed upon.

$160,000 includes the orders of the CITES animals and the cages only.

The other non-CITES animal transactions made with Alex regularly between May 2006 and December 2007. These transactions are not issues for me. Therefore $160,000 does NOT include the small transactions for the non-CITES animals. To be simple, I do not include the small transactions in the $160,000.

To summarize my post earlier:

10/2006 -> Ordered about the amount of $ 22,000. Wire transferred the full amount to Alex.
3/2007 -> Ordered about the amount of $96,000. About $90,000 was sent to Alex. At this time, Alex had not notified me the pricing of some animals, which Alex told me they were about $6,000 in November 2007. I only sent $90,000 because I paid only the amount that was agreed at this time.
6/2007 -> Received the animals from Alex. The value of this shipment was about $55,500.
6/2007 -> Canceled about $28,000 values of animals. Alex accepted the cancellation. The cancellation remained in my account as the credit.
12/2007 -> Received about $25,000 values of the animals from Alex.

After the end of 2007, Alex owes me about $30,000.

I have all wire transfer statements to Alex. I am not sure that I should post these statements in this thread because they show bank information. Instead, I can show you the email that Alex sent me with the balance sheet that he made.

I've attached a complete accounting, please review it and let me know if there are any mistakes.

Glad to hear that USFWS extended the application........I've already talked to Don Hamper......I just have to get a hold of Alan and get a copy of his original papers.

Hello Alex,

Here is the wire transfer and paypal payment related to the ball python deals.

3/29 $40000
4/3 $30000
4/5 $10000
4/17 $ 5000
Mid April $ 4950 (This is from me by Paypal)

Total comes $89,950. Does this satisfy your need? Please let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks,

Hi Ayumi,

My office manager and I spent most of the day going over accounts for all of our customers.......its tax time again for us ( we pay taxes quarterly ) so I had to use my brain alot today...LOL

Would you please forward me a copy of your current accounting for the ball python deals, for example...I need to know the exact wire transfers and amounts / paypal transfers and exact amounts.

I know its a pain in the ass, but thank you very much for doing it ;-)

We made so many changes to this order that I need to "reconstruct" the order and apply all the payments you and Yusuke have made to your account. Sooooo....if you could forward me a complete payment history.....I would be forever greatful.

Thanks,
Alex

This is the PDF version of the balance sheet. I did not alter any numbers in this file, but I just PDFed it. After I received it, I found there were the animals that I did not order. I emailed him to remove them, but he did not reply to this. Though this balance sheet does not reflect the current balance, at least, you can see that Alex included all of my payments, $112,250 in total, in this balance sheet.

I attached the wrong file, which shows my wire transfer statement to
Alex for the cages. It should have not attached this because it
contains the bank information. Does anyone know if I can removed it?

I've removed those attached bank statements for your safety.

Thanks WebSlave for removing the file.

I'm Yusuke's wife and this is the balance sheet that Yusuke originally wanted to attach.

This shows that Alex Hue stated that Yusuke paid him $112,250 at "Total Payment". This sheet was sent by Alex in November 2007 and Yusuke asked removed 2.2 Het For Lavendar Albino Ball Pythons and 0.2 Het for Caramel Albino Ball Python in "Additional Order 2", because he did not order them. After the removal, Yusuke did had the due of $10,932. He was going to send the payment with other non-CITES animal order, but Alex never told the exact due balance prior to the shipment. Alex could not fulfill Yusuke's order as he admitted in the email on 11/27/07. Alex stated that he owe Yusuke approx. $30,000. At this point, Alex should not have any problems to ship the animals and there was the second shipment.

After the shipment, we wanted to contact Alex regards to the rest of order and the balance, but he disappeared.

LMAO....wow...the mighty alex has fallen...i hope this gets resolved and everybody gets there money back...peace

WOW! This got long fast.

I hope the parties who are out their hard earned money get this matter settled to their satisfaction.

We'll see what happens when he gets his internet running.

This is cut and pasted from a Word document, so I'm not sure how great the formatting is going to look, but here goes.

I tend to be slow from time to time, so can someone explain HOW Alex sent a Word document to Rich Z, when he doesn't have internet?

Alex told me he has email capabilities on his cell phone, and has gotten emails from someone with this thread sent to him as a text file. But since I am certainly no expert on cell phone technology, I have no idea how he created a Word document and got that onto his cell phone as an attachment to the email he sent me. :shrug01:

I don't really think Rich is going to lie for anyone. IMO, what Rich posted can be taken as Alex's word.

If Alex typed all that out with his cell, I applaud him for that.

There are Palm Pilots and such that can and do take documents from the computer and can attach them to emails straight from the phone, perhaps that's what he did. I'd hate to think he pained that all out on a cell phone.

I can put a word doc on my Micro SD card, put it into my phone, and send it as an attachment to anyone from anywhere I have service. So he could have wrote it on the PC, and just used the phone for sending. It is possible.

But usually when I send email with the phone, you get an attached signature stating it was sent from a BlackBerry. Not sure how iPhone or the others do it though.
