Well, I was going to cut and paste all the inconsistencies in this thread posted by "serpentgal", but it would have duplicated nearly EVERY post (s)he has made here. Never in all my life have I seen such a blatant attempt to spin a yarn with so many blatant lies within it it that it is nearly laughable.

I really don't like to ban people simply because they are a liar and trying to use this site to further their own BS, but I can feel this one coming on pretty strongly. So you only get one chance now, serpentgal. State your REAL full name and tell your story without all the lies and bs, or you are GONE.

My boyfriend doesnt want his name and info posted because of some not so legal activities him and dan were engaged in. I think this is the reason dan figured he could get away with this but If dan doesnt come out and admitt hes wrong soon everyone will know the rest of the story. Dan played him like a sucker and me and chase kinda made thing worse by lying. Hes not gonna sign on he has his own acct. but he is so scared he will get in trouble for what he did he said its not worth it to even try anything. That will work with the pines. Unfortunately, I don't have any extra SFL yellow females right now. You should see the town of Devil's Garden on the map in Hendry County. Do you want me to send another cane toad or two? It's no big deal for me to stick those in the box if you want them. You should check out shipyourreptiles.com when you get a chance. I shipped a 7 x 7 x 6 1 lb package to West Viginia today for $32.00. Box size makes a big difference. If you don't want to order small boxes from Superior Enterprises, you can often get small boxes at Wal Mart late at night when they are stocking shelves. The shampoo boxes are the best. Go to that section and ask the folks stocking shelves if you can take any. They will usually have no problem giving you all you need. Sometimes you just have to wait around a while.

I was just about to take your package into town. I had it packed with the pines. I can put the toads in also. I only have one subadult pygmy left from the show. It is a male. I can stick that in if you would like. I am sold out of softshells right now. I wouldn't mind taking a few more nice males, but I don't really need more males. I am hesistant to trade the corns because I am really short on snakes to sell right now. If I trade all my snakes for turtles, I will put myself out of business. I guess I will go ahead and do it. You have never contacted me or my husband about the problem we have. I am very interested however in this other problem youre having it sounds alot like you did the same thing to someone else and now you busted yourself!! It would be funny if you didnt owe us so much money. However I am sorry for talking ****. I was out of line a bit and I do apologize. I dont want to turn this into a Dramatic thread. This site is for business and information. Its not a civil court and no matter how much we argue no one will benefit financially from it. That being said I have been asked by my spouse to stay out of the situation. I puchased alot of snakes from dan. Almost everything regurged on the first feeding and one snake that was emaciated from the time I opened the box died within 3 days, so I retuned all of them within one week. He has not returned my phone calls he has all of his snakes back and will not give me my money or even contact me. He owes me $2500 and I dont recomend anyone buys anything from him. He took my $2500 and went on his honeymoon to mexico. No doubt he has spent my hard earned dollars. Dan is also in huge debt with collections all over he lives with his mom and does not have the resources to compensate me or anyone for that matter. Be careful dealing with him. He is a snake in the grass. You cant hide forever dan.

So let me see if I have this straight. You (Fred Herman) are engaged to Kaytlin Bailin. Kaytlin is married to someone named Doug (are you aware of that fact?), and both of you have ordered animals from Dan Parker. Now Kaytlin doesn't seem to know about YOU and "If Fred is out there please e-mail me so we can talk." But fortunately Kaytlin has asked her husband (Doug) to stay out of this, but it's OK for her boyfriend (who she cannot seem to get in touch with) to post here instead. Both Kaytlin and you, Fred, happened to order from Dan about the same time (right before he went on his honeymoon). Kaytlin says "we" paid for the snakes, apparently meaning her and her husband Doug, since she can't get ahold of you (Fred) her boyfriend.

Then a member by the name of Joshua Chandler magically shows up and lo and behold, his IP address matches with Kaytlin's. And also just as magically, one of her email addresses matches with YOURS, the boy friend she cannot seem to get in touch with.

dan also told me in a voicmail his company did not guarentee regurgitating snakes. Im gonna work on getting you guys a bit torrent if I can somehow.

And possibly ignoring the above comment from Kaytlin, she earlier states "You dont know me at all Ive never spoke or communicated with you in anyway. You have never contacted me or my husband about the problem we have."

And...

I talked to dan before he went out of town not at all since. he left me a voicmail and I responded with several voicmails. He called and hung up on me several times untill I didnt pick up then he left the voice mail.
