This guy is laid back. Very calm. Beautiful colors for his age. Just over a year. Has another 5-6 months of changing to do~!
He ONLY bowl feeds. His tongue is very lazy, but he eats very well! i honestly do NOT believe he has any sort of nutrion defiencency, nor injured it. i strongly believe he just became lazy. i realize what i did, that could of caused it. his cup was so close to the vine. the vine was basically 4 inches away from the cup. he was used to using a very little amount of his tonuge.
he has nothing wrong with him, all toe nails, no missing spikes, beautiful shape, beautiful colorations, and more to come!
I have him eating, dubia,silkworms, and occasionally a hornworm here and there. His staple are dubia roaches.
He hand feeds willing! If you like to hand feed your chameleons, this guy is for you. Just keep in mind, these aren't dogs! lol. They're display animals. I'm sure all of you know that by now, but I had to say that.
He comes from the blood line - Sirius (Screameleon's Ambilobe projects page has pictures of him) his mother is a WC. this guy was a holdback, that i was lucky enough to get from Vincent at Screameleons.
I am asking for 200 plus shipping. This guy is perfect! just got so spoiled that he expects u to hand feed him, or put his feeders in a shallow bowl! spoiled little guy! lol.
I would ask much less because of his tongue, but his color is amazing for his age, and he isnt some 3-4 month old. he has been in my care for so long, I have spent some good money on really good feeders from only the best bug dealers in the US. he has been in an enclosure that has always been well covered with a few Umbrella trees. I used a lil dripper for him twice a day. once at 9 am. second is around 2 pm. he is used to a misting system schedule. but i am sure he will thrive just as well, as long as u keep his cage at an appropriate humidity level. 45-55% humidity is what it stays at, at all times.
His orange/reds are turning more into a fire engine red, and the reds on him are getting deeper in color. his blues when angry, get really bright, his yellow is gorgeous when asleep! his greens shine when mating and fired up from getting angry!
i'd really like him to be sold to somebody who plans on breeding him.
