In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

FINALLY !!!!!

I almost like boas more now. I thought that boas had some level of black in them somewhere?!?!?!!?

Congrats on a nice litter, see some nice looking hypos in there. To bad you did not hit on the albinos.

Thanx Alex, but our goal wasn't albino's at all. :D

We were trying to find genetics in mom. We bought her a hold back female from her first litter, and a hold back from her second litter. Both sired by a hog each year but different unrelated males.

We were really hoping to find the crazy patterns like these 2. Yvain is our female from the first litter and the male is from the second.

My bad!! See what happens when you assume!!LOL Those are hot!! That first one looks like an anery for most of its body then you see some beige color in the tail, really interesting. The last one is just plain gorgeous!!

Congrats on the babies and on proving the sire out as a super! I see some nice hypos in there and I love hypos with stripey tails (I really wanna see a close up of the one in the top left corner in that first pic).

So, I am confused, is the mom part hog? Or are you just saying her first 2 litters were sired by hogs?

Can't wait to see post shed pics! What a great way to start a holiday weekend

The first 2 litters were sired by 2 different hogs. This particular female is one the Bry refers to as "freezer bait ugly" She is very dark, lanky, and an animal that I would have never bought myself.

We were trying to figure out if it was the hog influence or the mother herself. Well, seems that we have our answer, the only really sure fire solution will be to breed the son to the mother.

Sad thing is dad didn't make it through breeding season. He did the typical male "I will not eat until I have had all the tail I can handle" He had lost a bit of weight, when moved to his normal tub, the flexwatt died, and went unnoticed for a few days because we have everything on thermostats. He popped a whopper of a URI. He was treated with batril, but never did take a meal for us and passed away. :(

We will get updated pix as soon as the babies settle in a bit and shed. Thanx for all of the compliments gang!

Laura, I hate to hear that the male didn't make it through the season. That was a really pretty snake, damn. Well, you got a nice litter of boas out of him though.

Chris
