In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

No good deed....

I think that Sammy should post a picture of the mama-to be :D

That's so very sweet of you. So many people are scared of those breeds, and yet they can be some of the most sweet tempered and child friendly dogs out there.

If I didn't live so far away I'd take a pup in a heartbeat, or even help find homes for the whole litter. Everyone here has gone "pro pitti" lately, which I find absolutely wonderful :D

Yeah I will try to get some pics of her (Momma) posted tomorrow. And of course the pups when they get here. Which I am actually starting to get excited about.

Thanks for all the kind words and encouragement, as well as sharing your own experiences folks. It has been greatly appreciated!

It's a sign of a big ass litter to be. Lots of puppies. Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of puppies. :dgrin:

Why do I have the overwhelming urge right now to stomp on your big toe.... :)

Here are the pics of the momma to be...

My daughter had me bring up out of the basement an old mattress and box spring from her old bunk bed. We set up a nice comfy spot in the living room for Momma out of it.

You could tell she had been taught to stay off furniture because it took 2 or 3 days before she would get up there on her own. At first she would just walk up to it and lay her chin on it and look at you with those big brown eyes waiting for you to say it was ok. It was really cute.

Oh yeah I almost forgot.... I was sitting on that bed with her last night watching a movie and petting her. At some point I absentmindedly stopped petting her and my hand was just resting one her side.... and then I felt them. Puppies were having a hay day in there bouncing around. It was really cool feeling them move around like that.

Yeah you might say I am getting a little excited.

Because you want to get in the practice before the multitudes of puppies arrive of having things under foot?

Lol..... the first smart ass doesnt stand a chance around this place.

Sammy, she is just huggable. :) Those eyes have it - no wonder you (your daughter) couldn't turn her away!! Her pups are going to be so cute!!!! :yesnod:

Wow, Sammy!! She's a very pretty girl!!! I bet she has some beautiful pups!!! Congrats on the new addition(s).

Aww, she's so precious! Sometimes pregnant animals tend to be more affectionate than normal, but the way you describe her behavior (shaking the paw, knowing not to get up on the furniture, etc) she sounds like such a sweetie pie. Looking forward to the puppy pics!!

Oh yeah, and I bet she's got 8 little ones in there for ya!

wow 11! Congrats to momma Kayla! She's a lucky girl to have found you. Once they are getting weaned and running around you are gonna have your hands full. :) Can't wait to see more pics. Do the puppies all look like pit pups or do you think they are mixed?
