I really didn’t want to come back on here and play your game but I do need to correct you and tell you that NO the Rankin's you sent back are NOT up for sale yet, We will let you know when they are. I have them separated for 30 days. I can tell you right now I have lots of babies, I did say I had 4 left from the clutch and the others are my holdbacks that I was going to keep..
Now what are you doing being deceiving and having others email me? I am not stupid, I knew it was connected to you, I Googled the email and it came up in Spokane valley craigslist. LOL There you go again making stuff up and accusing me! This is slander you are lying.
Our decision is forthcoming, You can believe her lies if you want.
Puh. I started with this thread being very skeptical, given Wendy's atrocious rep. Her behavior is childish, petty, and full of vengeance. I still don't understand how she was identified and arrested if she just drove someone to the airport.
But then I think about Caliente. The fact that they refuse to refund her money, even though there is overwhelming support for it. They'd prefer to pocket $400 in exchange for a ruined reputation. And the irony is that on principle, they should feel obligated to offer a refund.
But what really bothers me, more so then the refund, is the fact that they still refuse to acknowledge that they have dishonest advertising. Mr. Caliente even went so far as to say that it was somebody else's obligation to prove that the line of rankin's was not unrelated to others in the US, and until then would continue to make these totally unreliable claims that are backed up by nothing.
Just imagine what the reptile market would be like if everyone did that. What if everyone was selling 75% diamond carpets as pure diamonds (UNRELATED TO ANYTHING IN THE US!)? We'd have nothing but undesirable, muddied up mutts floating around.
I feel like I'm burying this point into the ground, but I just can not believe that someone would have the arrogance to say that it was someone else's responsibility to disprove their claims, rather than their responsibility to prove them.
The real troubling thing is, they may actually have pure rankins, but nobody, not Caliente or anyone else, will ever really know.
That's why honesty backed by proof is so important with these rare animals that have been hybridized to death. Continued misrepresentation will only make everything worse.
