    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....
I do have one final course of action that guarantees my money back. I have 30 days to complete that.

Really don't know why you are waiting if you have a guaranteed solution?

It is clear that you will not be refunded by Caliente dragons.

Waiting till that 30 day deadline may end up costing you.
 
I have the deadline from the bank and we wont miss it, they already have all the supporting paperwork. It's a done deal, they just need the go ahead from Betty.

Everyone thinks I am not rational. I am giving them every option to do the right thing before I take the last step.- Hence, being rational.
 
Ok everyone we have made a decision.

Any of you that say; what someone has done in the past has no bearing on what they do today, obviously have no contacts with convicted felons. Unfortunately I do on a regular basis.

We have conducted NO business with Wendy Childs (or whatever), we will conduct no business with Wendy and we owe Wendy nothing.
Jeane Best contacted us and purchased from us. Someone named Betty Creviston’s paypal account was used to pay for the animals. Here are 2 emails from her;


I'm the one that sent you $400 for the rankins. Jeane occasionally has me send payments when that is the only way a seller accepts payment. Anyway, I just waded through the posts on the fauna BIO. I can only wish things hadn't gotten so out of control. From what I have read most people feel you should do a refund since that is what was agreed to. You won't be refunding anything to Wendy, That was my money and it will come back to me. I have talked to paypal and they want us to work this out between ourselves first. But they also told me there is a stain on your paypal account that can only be removed by me when this is settled. What do you think? I didn't know Wendy would get on paypal and file a dispute. She and Jeane no longer have access to my account. I'm sorry you have had to deal with the posts on fauna, but we can put an end to this.

I don’t see anything there about Wendy having any permission to use her account. And where is Jeane through all of this?

Any contact that was made with Wendy was unknown to us, apologized for, and Jeane said it was done on her behalf. All emails had Jeane’s name on it, we spoke with Jeane on the phone. The last buyer and seller contact was between Jeane and Heidi, on the phone, when asked what SHE wanted to do Jeane said “I don’t know. I have to go to work. I will have to call you back”. She never called. That is when Wendy decided she would start slamming us and telling us what to do, and attempting to do business on this BOI. I have taken legal action against Wendy and wish to have no contact with her. After this post we will conduct no further business or respond on this BOI thread. If Jeane would like to do business with us she can contact us by phone and we will try to resolve this.

Since no one ever asked US about the animals. Caliente Dragons and 2 other people had several animals imported from the Netherlands. They came from Wilco at reptifit.nl. We have several that are breeding age, have been in our possession for several months and have produced several clutches. These hatchlings whose parents are imported are the Rankins that we are selling.

We are sorry that all of this happened and there were many times we wanted to go on here and say more and defend ourselves. Legally that would have been a bad idea. Plus we have jobs to do, lives to live and a lot of animals to take care of. What’s the use any way, what ever we posted, most people that we were defending ourselves to, do not or did not read it anyway. We pride ourselves on our honesty, integrity and customer service, most people know that. Wendy has posted close to 50 times and we have only posted about 6. Every time we posted or someone posted in favor of us, Wendy or someone else would just post over it several times until it disappeared, the whole time screaming about what liars we were or just bashing each other or Wendy. We have received numerous emails and messages in support, but yes most people are afraid of Wendy and it’s just not worth posting. This should have never been a slam session.

Once again, thank you to all those who have supported us and shame on those of you who have not actually read all of this and can judge some one by one side stories, none of you know the whole story. I am sure this will be here for a while, if you have questions please email us directly because we will no longer reply to this thread.

Heidi and Gary, you have left us with lots of questions here. I get that Wendy is not the person wronged from the emails, but what is happening with Betty? Is she being refunded??? She obviously doesn't have the dragons. For the sake of your reputation, please let us know how this issue was or is to be resolved.
 
The money should long ago have been refunded to the paypal account it came from to purchase the dragons regardless of who is here griping now. Once that's done, let the three of them argue it out to see who gets the cash, but at least you've done your part and held up your end. None of this, 'so and so can contact us for resolution' stuff. I don't need a 'one side story' for that, you yourself have not posted anything saying you've refunded a dime.
 
like i said to much bull---- let gary heidi and betty deal with it it isn't anybodies problem get out of the spot light and that them deal with it they will post everything thats going on gary and heidi don't hide from bull----. they eat it for lunch and desolve for awhile and writes facts not fiction and deals with the problem they seem fit to do...

I'm happy to hear that someone has had a wonderful transaction with Heidi and Gary. Even after this thread I wouldn't hesitate to go to them to purchase a dragon.

But, may I suggest one thing? Please use proper punctuation. Reading this was hard without the caps lock, and improper punctuation

I agree Donna. I would love to know if the paypal owner (Betty) who sent the money is going to be refunded. It seems as though Betty doesn't have a beef with Heidi & Gary, and would just like to have the money back.

Although, I would think that if she sent money through paypal that she would have gotten paid the money from Wendy/Jeane in order to put it into her account to pay Heidi & Gary. So either way someone owes Jeane/Wendy, it's just pointing to it being Betty who will have to do that instead of Heidi & Gary.

First of all, the problem IS in the spotlight now.
Second, what they eat for lunch is irrelevant but I hope they don't..... well, never mind on that one.

I think this recent turn of events is a giant red herring that has been cast our way to divert our attention from the fact that a refund is in order and should have been processed by now, and that not doing so casts doubts, in my mind, on the business ethics of those who should have made the refund.

You're right--the transaction was technically undone so I the money should be returned through Paypal.

I just wondered if this whole thing didn't start because of something shady with the buyer.

Just refund Mr. Caliente----and be happy to be done with this buyer and situation.

I still stand by my comments about the pr0n.

There's been alot of personal insults taken on both sides(Heidi and Wendy) feelings have been hurt and someone has been very stubborn.

Wendy did the right thing by shipping the dragons back to caliente now its caliente's turn to do the right thing by refunding that paypal acct.
