    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

RE: BILLY'S COURT DATE: Chris' lawyer showed up and his mother and explained that Chris is now in counseling to help with his "problems". The judge wanted to know the dates that the snakes were delivered to Tricia's house and see if we can find out who signed for them.
To press charges, the judge is looking for any proof of a paper trail.

Paper trail for what that relates to Billy's case/charges against Chris? For the Breaking and Entering charge? For the snakes that Billy claims Chris stole from a house (either yours, Tricia ... or Billy's in Charlton, since THAT story is certainly not consistent in this thread)?

And according to you, Billy pressed the charges; hence the court appearance this morning. Seems to me, any other further theft charges or paper trails involve only Tyler, Jason, the thief, and you (since UPS delivered to YOUR house) in separate charges and hearings .. not Billy. Tyler and Jason (and Shay) should most DEFINITELY NOT provide any paper trails to you or Billy ... only to UPS, the proper authorities or the "Judge".

So where was Chris this morning? And why am I not surprised he wasn't in court .. especially after your prophetic posting "I wonder if Chris will show up????????"
A suspicious person might see that post as very transparent.

And what about Billy's other charges .. the B&E, the theft of HIS snakes, the money Chris allegedly owes him for shows? What about all that?
After all, Billy wasn't in court for Tyler and Jason, was he?
 
I have very extensive experience in courts (not something I pride myself on, but its true), not for civil matters however from experience, no court asks any of those questions, not on the first appearance, especially If he Isn't present, they simply issue a continuance and or warrant. This whole things a load of crap.

also, that bi-polar crap is just a way to get attention, its like ADHD or ADD, just a new excuse/disease for personality Issues, oh and look they have medication for it too...gee..

Can't we all just come to the conclusion the parties involved are all liars and thief's and ignore them out of existence? I suggest you just stop digging, I know your trying to defend yourself, but the blatant lies you type just make me wanna cry from laughing so hard.
 
Well since Billy was in court and Tricia or Chris was not, This is what I was told by Billy from the Court Session yesterday. The judge did say that if Tricia and Billy can provide a paper trail he will continue the court case. The judge also said that Bipolar and Asperger's did not give Chris the right to scam people and use them as Billy, Tricia and the people who traded with him. I think it is clear to say that there won't be anymore issues with Chris, due to the fact that he will be watched closely to ensure that he is taking his medication and getting the counselor he needs. Chris also said that someone has threatened to kill him, and that people are stalking him.

Thanks to Chris I have been trying to re-establish my credit. Bily is also trying to make an inventory of what Chris took from his house.

Billy and I are not getting a fair deal due to the fact that the officer involved, has not returned any of our phone calls, so that Billy and I can continue with the case. Unfortunately, Billy and I beleive that this officer is a "friend of Chris' and is believing that Chris is innocent of all charges.

Chris Blatently told Billy that Chris and his 15 year-old girlfriend were going to move out of state before the court date. That is why Tricia made that statement.
 
No Billy was in court due to the fact that Chris had stolen the check from the last show. The judge said that Billy does not have enough proof to press further charges, unless Chris and I get witnesses to the break in. Basically, Billy and I are at a standstill right now with this case.
 
Reptilewomen - is there more than one person posting on your account? The account name is a plural form, and the frequent (but inconsistent) references to Tricia in the third person certainly makes it appear that way.

How was Chris and his gf going to move out of state when the gf already lives in N. Carolina?

Billy was supposedly taking Chris to court for $ owed for shows. Nothing more. It had nothing to do with breaking an entering,or stolen snakes (you know, like the snakes you 3 stole).

If 1 of them wasn't in court it's continued or warrant as stated before...

You could give a bottle of aspirin a headache with all your BS..go away and come back when you have the stolen snakes to return to the people that YOU and your friends stole.

One more thing to add to reveal the continued lies.When you first appear in court for the first time normally they read the charges against you then set another court date for the trial.You never speak directly to the judge ;)
 
Well all I can take from this is that who ever is posting is not the one that is labeled as the account holder Patricia. That is obvious from the wild posts in third party jibberish. It would seem that the account is bogus and should be treated as such. I agree along with the many others, we are not hearing any more from those that were scammed or a answer for the signing of the post so apparently they dont seem to care what is going on either so we all may as well just let the scammers once again win. Like every one else I guess I kept wishing that there would be some sort of justice since there were so many from Mass in the same area and hopefully we would end up with some good news. I guess that is not to be. I agree with the others that its a good thing this was not me. I would not have rested knowing my babies was with these awful people.
 
Sorry, it wasn't like "hanging out". It was forming a partnership for Mass Animal Adventures and there were also other people involved who helped with the shows. Don't make it sound that way ok!!
 
Reptilewomen, before posting any more of these unintelligible posts, how about answering these questions:
1. If you aren't into breeding reptiles but are into birds instead why would you chose the user name reptilewomen, and who are the other women exactly?
2. You have repeatedly said things referring to Tricia, who is Tricia? Are you Tricia? If that's the case, why are you referring to yourself in the 3rd person and not saying me, I, my, myself, etc?
It just makes absolutely no sense, much like everything you've posted.
 
my apologies . I am Tricia. I posted reptilewomen, but it should have been reptile woman. I currently have a Tegu, Red uromastyx, Turtle, a 15 foot burmese python, two rabbits, sun conure, 25 cockatiels and 8 keets. These animals are and were used with Chris in shows done at schools. Currently I am doing visits to nursing homes and rehabs, as well as licensed for educational shows and certified in aviculture.
