    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy William Albright, very, very bad

I told Mr. Albright that paypal was not an option for me and here's the email he sent me in responce.

WOW Mr. Albright, did you photoshop those photos like you did that GTP that had a prolapse or did your "employee" do it. You know, the same "employee" who shipped my snake in the same mite infested box, pillowcase, and packing materials that you recieved an anery boa covered in mites the day before.

Is the above true??? Was the snake shipped in a mite infested box by an employee?

Yes it's true he admitted it in one of the very first emails he sent to me that I posted at the beginning of this thread. I also just made a video of the snake and once I find out how to post it here I will. Or If anybody wants me to email it to them so they can actually see this snake, I'll be more than happy to
 
And if Mr. Albright keeps hiring these dishonest "employees", it only makes me wonder what kind of man he must be. You know birds of a feather flock together

From my point of view you have done everything possible to resolve this unfortunate deal. While some of the choices you (or your employee) made were bad regarding your shipping methods and photo incident, you have made amends and agreed to return this mans money including shipping. I would give him a specific amount of time to think about and make his choice.

Jesus, at this point your starting to look like the "bad guy" to me. I can't say this from personal dealings with you just what's been written in this thread. On the other hand I have dealt with Bill and received great service, a great snake, and the snake was packed and shipped nicely. This doesn't change the fact that you received a snake with mites which now has an ri, but Bill HAS offered a full refund. Maybe you just need to get over your resentment and move on to a solution.

Yah know I've suggested this how many times now? Four? But he (Tigger /Jesus) clearly doesn't seem to be listening as this thread is still accumulating more and more posts and pages with the same result and people wasting the skin on their fingers. Myself included.

I am only following this thread at this point in the hopes Mr Albright will answer my question. I want to hear it direct from his mouth NOT from a posted email by Jesus /Tigger.
 
This will be my last post on this topic although I will still read it to see what people have posted reguarding what I'm about to say. When I read the other Bad Guy thread on Mr. Albright and seen the picture of the GTP with the prolapse that was photoshoped It made me think. If a guy like this will go through such extreme and deceitful lengths to cover up a condition like that In order to sell the the snake to an unexpecting person, what other despicable actions is he capable of. To save face it's easy to place the blame on some no-named "employee", especially when it was such a poor coverup job that got him caught red-handed. Now keep in mind that when I bought this snake from Mr. Albright I wired him the money through moneygram no payment ever went through paypal. So if Mr. Albright were to put the money in my paypal account and I shipped him back the snake, to paypal, it will look as if I "sold" Mr. Albright the snake. Giving Mr. Albright everything he needs to stiff me in the end by claiming that I "sold" him a sick animal. I have always been a firm believer that greed and deceit knows no bounds. I am the one who was sold a sick and infested snake, so why am I looking like the bad guy??? Because I don't trust the words of a man who has already proved himself to be a liar and a cheat just to sell a sick animal without people ever finding out until they recieved the animal. And insted of it being called what it is, a despicable act, now it's just a bad choice because he through some joe-blow "employee" under the bus by using him as a scapegoat just to save his own ass. Where's the honor, and how can you trust a man who's words have no honor. As stated before, I have only have the honor to meet 2 members from this forum, Element360 who I met in person, and kcmpa who has been to my house 3 times. If anyone has any concerns about how I am in my personal dealings you're more than welcome to ask those guys.

But for the benefit of others who are new to PayPal, etc, know that PayPal will only honor a claim by the buyer (now Billy if he refunds) when the seller (Jesus if he "sells" back the snake) cannot prove that a package was delivered. A tracking number showing delivery is proof enough. PayPal will not reverse payment back to the disgruntled buyer because an animal was "sick", or DOA, not as described, etc. Unfortunately, you can ship an empty box, or a rock, and get satisfactory proof of shipment as far as PayPal is concerned.

Curious George you are the one that's clueless, If someone was to "buy" something from me and paid for it through paypal and I shipped them an empty package or something that wasn't what they paid for. Just having proof that I shipped a package does NOT make me exempt from paypal opening up a dispute and having me give that person a refund. A shipping label and a tracking number are just that, they don't say what the contents of the package is, just who's it going to, how much it weighs, and where on the delivery route is the package located. Anyone can call paypal and verify what I have said is true, as there have been plenty of people who thought that same thing and shipped someone a rock or some other piece of crap and thought that they would get away with it. Guess what, they didn't and had to issue the buyer a refund and propably faced charges for fraud.

Perhaps you can find this preponderance of supporting evidence to where PayPal sides with the buyer of an animal when proof of package delivery exists ? The BOI is full of threads where the buyer has been shown to be the one at risk. Overwhelmingly so.

So I know WTF I'm talking about, it's not something I just pulled out my ass just to have something to post.

One thing I feel that you are not understanding is why everyone is reacting to you and saying the things we are.
You have been given the options to resolve this matter. YOU chose not to take them and then continued to still seemingly argue to get things exactly your way. Regardless of snake being ill covered in mites and what not you were given choices but yet you still continue. How else would you expect people to react to you given how much this has been pushed????
Yes it was wrong of the "employee", Mr Albright, or the boogey man to send the snake in a nasty mite infested box. But the solution for the matter has been presented SEVERAL times and YOU chose not to take the solutions presented to you. So no at this point I am sure like myself people are worn very thin and are no longer willing to help.
So which is it??? Are you going to A) Keeping pushing until you do for receive a Bad Guy mark along with Mr Albright
or
B) Keep the snake, and truly let this go and shut it?????
Because I promise you if you chose the former (option A) you will have no more support, help or the like.
So really you have one choice. One option. I highly suggest you take it.

Also. Snakes with severe mite infestation can get really damaged /bad scales over night. So I do not believe for a second that the snake had the scale issue before he was shipped to you outside of bent scales from body creasing. Which is 100% normal. Also a stressed and cold snake can catch 'cold' on an over night trip too. When you are too cold, having the blood sucked out of you by the hundreds (maybe thousands) of mites and no way to take in water then getting a URI is easy and quick. Even mild URI's can cause a stressed animal to blow bubbles within 24 hours. I've bred /sold snakes since 1999 and so I know how possible it is. I have taken a ball python in that by what the shipper has said was healthy. I got it infested with mites and lethargic because they were sucking him dry. The animal was shipped in the summer so there was a cool pack. Hence he got a URI. Minor but he got it. I had the same thing happen with a female boa. I chose not to say anything because I was really wanting to see how far you would take this. Clearly it's too far.

I do not agree with the mistake made in it being shipped to you in a mite infested box. That was wrong and very unprofessional REGARDLESS of who's fault it was. But! YOU chose to not compromise. YOU also chose to continuing arguing and YOU are still choosing to drag it out. It's all YOU! So be a man, grow up, and stand by the decision you made, three pages or whatever it is, ago and let bygones be bygones.

I received the ball python and boa that way. Not sent them. I've NEVER sent out an ill reptile or a reptile that had mites.

Also when I said "stand by the decision you made" that was in reference to you (Jesus) making the decision to just keep the snake and let this situation go.


Just wanted to clarify. :D
