Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Does this guy really think that little $1,000 he is holding is a lot of money? What a chump, he is a loser and needs to get lost. He is making our hobby look ghetto, we don't need these thugs around.

When you say "our" hobby do you mean decent people that treat their animals right or white people? The last time I checked white people did not envent reptiles or animals. Please clarify your statement, thank you.

i honestly don't see how you got anything racial out of that post, that is unless you were LOOKING for something.

really? without knowing what the race of the person who originally made the comment, i can't see how you can jump to that conclusion. Seeing as how we are all posting in a reptile forum when someone says "our hobby" i would immediately assume he is referring to Herp Owners. I've seen other people talk mention the phrase "our hobby" and i don't see anyone jumping on them for being racist. I think because a picture was posted of matt and because he appears that he is of african american descent that you you just assuming that any comment made about him is racist.

I'm not going to get in a discussion with you here about racism. If you want to start a thread in the Hell forum or somewhere else where it's more appropriate to discuss the issue I will gladly debate you there.

No, it is not a "cop out." You've been offered the chance to discuss the subject in the appropriate forum. I can tell you this... continuing to push the issue within this thread and steer it any more off topic than it has already drifted is not an option that's on the table.

It's been said once, and now I'll repeat it for the last time. If you'd like to start a thread in the Hell forum to discuss the issue, I'm sure others would be happy to partake. The BOI, however, is not the proper forum for it.

also i love the whole "cliq" thing that goes on in this place. you disagree with a "elite" member and in rolls the neg karma. again the karma system is a fucking joke.
 
i dont think you got a karma hit for disagreeing...i think you got it for continuing to push the issue after you where told this isnt the place to do it

anyway...i guess i will steer this back to the topics on hand

i do agree that some of those enclosures look way to small for the snakes in them....mainly the blood pythons...looking pretty cramped

has anyone else delt with Matt since he revamped his shipping methods? of course people will keep buying from him no matter what others opinions are....so hopfully we can just encourage some better methods to make things safer for the animals
