Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yes the cottonmouths he is speaking of were part of the snakes I already paid him for that I didnt recieve along with various rattlesnakes and copperheads.

I'm confused -- so you are admitting that you took money for a snake you don't have?
 
also let me state that my "jumping to conclusions" is because money was wired instantly on a sunday afternoon so the snakes could be shipped out via delta on monday...monday comes and there is no flight reserved or airbill# ect and this was at noon,when I questioned this I was told a friend would ship out for him as he is not a verified delta shipper which you must be to ship venomous,I asked for a phone call back and was never called back,when I attempted to call all 4 phone #s that he had used in previous conversations nobody would answer...I have not recieved an email or call otherwise since....so if thats jumping to conclusions when you pay $400 and expect the other half of the party to follow through then yes I jumped to conclusions...money doesnt grow on trees and I am no smuck that you will get away with scamming.

While we appreciate you coming here and posting it would be very helpful to us to explain what happened on your end of this deal that caused you to not follow through and cut off communication from Scott.

Just deciding to give Scott a refund (probably with someone elses money I might add) does not make you a good guy here.

This is not a good way to start off your membership at Fauna....:shrug01:
 
Hopefully, you can keep us posted on the other deals from this ad.

Also, can you address your inability to meet people to conduct deals in person, especially when dealing wih such large animals? Is the deal with John Jackson on schedule as he has said? Who wound up with the 22'er, and could they post here? Have you been in touch with Scott Guy about his refund?

Sorry for all the questions and suspicions, but something just doesn't seem right.

no refund or phonecall or email here period which I must add I emailed him the option to either complete the transaction or refund me,which even if somebody rubs you the wrong way and you dont fullfill your end and done online..is a federal offense called internet fraud along with various other charges. If anyone here doesnt know me & questions my integrity, you can contact william beard(venom central),ben siegel ( ben siegel reptiles) who know me personally and can vouch for who I am and the list goes on if you want more.
 
and to add if anyone would like to email RLF185,reticforlife,or notslip0602286 they are members here that I have recently done business with and will also back up that I am a nice guy and made good....I just want everyone here to know that they are going to be scammed and to keep all info emails ect as even this thread is being monitored for information on jjprice/bakcountry09 and him even stating I was jumping to conclusions is just mind boggling when he has $400 of my money and I have nothing-so with that I am done posting here untill I see my money back,the snakes I paid for, or I have an arrest to report to you all.

Hey guys...I am Shane, the one who was supposedly buying the 22' retic. I am about 4 hours away from j.j., and tried to drive and pick up the large retic. He stated he worked 7 days a week from sun up till 9:30 p.m.,and would not allow me to come pick it up in person. He wanted me to pay $100 shipping with some "special" shipping program he had set up. He said it didn't matter what size...flat rate shipping! So...needeless to say he never called me back anymore...and I didn't get the retic! SEVERAL RED FLAGS HERE!!! I was even gonna take a day off work & go get this big girl...anyway...that's all I know. Thanks guys for all your input...really sheds some light on this guy!

So what did the cops/internet crime people say? Shouldn't they have some info for you on when they will go pick this guy up if he doesn't refund the money?
