Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Sorry to hear that honesty is a word he obviously does NOT know the meaning of. I would hope your refund will also include the cost for treatment for the mites when it does eventually come. I'll be sure to give him a reminder at the show. :yesnod:
 
Nope. Last email was he would ship the snake because he didn't have the refund and I told him just get it over with and give me a day and tracking number. Guess what... Nothing.

I would suggest requesting the refund versus getting the snake. Heather reported her snake arrived with mites a kinked tail.

I'll see if he's trying to sell it at the Cleveland show this weekend.
 
yes, and then when i told him about the mites, he said how could i not tell from day one then. Almost like he was saying she got the mites from me? Maybe am reading in to things... How would that even be possible hasn't even been here that long, she isn't even near my group and i never had to deal with mites because my snakes Never had any. so i didn't know what to look for Thats why i didn't notice the fist day and she was in shed. till she was always in her water dish i noticed little black bugs. then when i started to move her skin around i saw them there was a whole pack on her. Now they are all gone she is being all cleaned up. really i just want my refund its been a week and i even settled on $60 Instead of the total $100 being nice. Now come on.
 
Heather you shouldn't have to settle for anything. He sold you a misrepresented animal and he should make things right versus trying to pass the blame onto you. He knows damn well he has mites too. Don't you James? Remember, you are being honest. Or do I have to remind you of an instance or two? Cut the crap James and pay these people back what is owed to them.

Heather is a great gal. I have bought over 30 snakes from her. They were all super healthy and mite free! For James to push the mite blame to her is just ridiculous!

Im sorry you got such a bad deal Heather! A delayed snake is bad enough wondering where it is and when its coming. Then to have a kinked tail and then mites is just terrible! You deserve a full refund! I hope you get what you deserve and this James guy rights all his wrongs!

Well I'm guessing that Andrew and or Heather hasn't been reimbursed. If you're lucky maybe he'll sell something at the show today and be able to pay one or both of you back. Unfortunately I don't see him making too many sales and certainly not with me in tow. :dgrin: Rest assured James I'll know within 5 minutes that you are in the building. See you there. :wavey:

Yes, it's all my fault you weren't able to bring animals to sell at the show. (oh I really wish you could hear the sarcasm in me saying that) Gee, sorry that I wouldn't want some poor uninformed person buying something from you.

I guess it's my fault too that you sent Heather a misrepresented kinked parasite infected animal.

And I guess I shouldn't have made you take Andrew's money for a GTP and then make you not send it to him.

I really crossed the line when I made you not reimburse either of them after pm'ing them saying you would.

Did I miss anything? I apologize for influencing this weak minded individual and causing him to scam you nice people. Rest assured my goal is to influence him to make things right. :thumbsup:

While you are free to do so I am wondering why you would be looking at a classified ad when you claim to not have the money to pay either of these folks back.

Sorry, I was just testing out my powers and thought it would be funny to run some poor defenseless dolts new and upcoming business into the ground. I didn't think about the consequences and the others who would be hurt or even how others would react. I sincerely apologize for my actions and I can promise I will not do it ever again. I understand that I will have to receive some kind of punishment and I think a public spanking would be an appropriate punishment. :D

James you just don't get it do you. Do you honestly (there's that word
yet again) think that I would accept your friendship request? My friends
would not send someone a kinked tailed mite ridden snake. Nor would
they accept money from someone for a snake and not send them the
animal. Of course we know if that animal had been sent it would have
been two people who received kinked tailed mite ridden animals. Sorry
"pal" my friends don't do things like that and those who do are quickly
enlightened of my disapproval of such actions. I go out of my way for my
friends, hell even strangers, but those who want to lie, steal and cheat
their way through life will receive the same attention but in reverse, in a
negative way. You decided you wanted my attention, well you got it. If
you were truly wanting to make things right you would have come to me
at the show and asked for help (even know I think you a piece of crap
for being dishonest - there's a word that is more fitting for you) versus
whining about me. Believe it or not, I would have helped if possible but
it would only be because I would be helping out the two people who are
complete strangers to me and not you. You would have to show me that
you are worthy of my help since you have already shown me differently.
If you need help (and that is obvious to all) determining which animals
you have are in the condition to sell and which you should keep in your
"special" collection then all you need to do is ask. I will say it again, get
these folks their money back.

You might want to know that there are some of us out there that hold "friends" to a higher standard. That some of us will tell a friend when they are wrong, rather then stand behind their stupid choices. That some of us will actually smack a friend upside the head for pulling the kind of crap you pulled.

Friendship does not warrant automatic immunity to wrong doing. Rather, it's more like a responsibility in a lot of ways. I'm not so sure you are up to such a task at this time.

Taking care of your blunders is the best way to a new start.

I really wish people wouldn't flaunt "420" if they're gonna be doing things that tarnish their name...makes for a very easy scapegoat, know what I mean? ;)
 
Pfft. I know plenty of GOOD, HONEST, ETHICAL people who puff a little herb. I think that's a pretty poor thing to judge someone by. Lots of worse things out there people could do, some of it's legal. Like ALCOHOL for example. Kills 6 times more people then all illicit drugs combined. :shrug01:


Not saying that James is one of those people, just saying.
