    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I already mentioned that to him and his response was that it had nothing to do with drugs. Its the anniversary, month/day, his mother died. And if you can believe this, he honors her memory by adding that date to his forum names.

Ya know... don't honor her memory by being a good honest young man earning an honest living. No no no. Honor her by associating her date of passing with a known drug call sign.

Then honor her by taking someone's money and not sending them what they paid for. Then take someone else's money and send them something misrepresented and defective and then not send the refund. Your mom must be so proud of you. :nonod: You should be ashamed of yourself james.

Why don't you pay these people back what you owe them and then you can disappear. By your own admission and double blunder thus far, internet sales are obviously not your forte. I'd say stick to peddling at shows but the animals you have for sale are sub-par to say the least so maybe you should just quit while you're only this far behind.

Refunding people. but the simple little bit that is turning this in to a huge lightning storm is...Your not Refunding me Nor anyone else... i got that snake on 09-23-2009 its now 10-7-09 Any idea how bad that looks? you mean to tell me you have had no money For that long?? Really James?..not even saving up? am not going to get "Woman's A.D.D" And go do something else or forget this..if that's what your counting on. everything is stacking against you, you know this, i hope. I finally got a refund but not from James or paypal, I went to my bank with my emails and they credited me back now they're going to deal with him.

Probably not but I'd be really surprised if he could tie his own shoes (you know velcro has unfairly leveled the playing field). As I'm sure you know (but there may be a few other velcro users out there) his addressing Chuck was an attempt to try to change the subject off his sending someone a misrepresented snake or in the other case taking his money and not even sending the animal (which was probably a blessing in disguise.

So james how long before Heather can expect her money?
 
i had to contact paypal again, now they have to look at everything and they will hand over the money he owes me then go after him however this is going to take up to 30 days

Typically, that means If the funds are available in his PayPal account. If he has already withdrawn them, they'll probably say you are SOL until a) the money comes into the account, or b) he refunds you himself.
I've seen it said that they can take the money right out of his bank account; but, given the number of times people have reported getting nothing because the PayPal account was empty, I don't know how true that is.
(Historically, PayPal hasn't given a flying crap about people not being happy with the product received, as long as the seller can prove he shipped....would be nice to see that change, but I won't hold my breath)

That'll still be quicker than if he were to refund you. Though, if it doesn't work out and you need a bill collector to got to his door I will gladly send you my resume and credentials. :dgrin: At the very least it would be my pleasure to inform his wife what kind of an outstanding individual she is married to.
