In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Figured I'd show some off what I have in my collection.

Sunglow male, Slim. 90 grams. He loves his dubias. I'm pretty sure he's a giant because he still looks slim & long at only 90 grams.

Also a sunglow, who unfortunately is no longer with me because I sold her off here on Fauna classifieds. She's in a good home now though in a beautiful 29 gallon. :)

Finally, my favorite girl. Patternless albino. She has the personality of a puppy, loves being held. This is an older picture of her, she's a lot bigger now.

Now for the cresteds. I just recently got into these. I also got some from Matt @ Pangea as well for a really good price, a pinstripe and halloween harley hatchling, which are not pictured because they are extremely jumpy.

This is a really beautiful creamsicle male of mine with a nice chevron back pattern. Quite the stud. Going to breed him next year.

One of my "racks" I put that it in quotations because it's a sorry excuse for one. But hey, it works for me. I'm not about to build one because I'm terrible with math/measurements.

Last but not least, the cutest creatures on earth, dubia roaches. I'm so proud of my colony.

haha that's spanish not german ;) but yeah. That blonde/cream flame girlie needed a dose of e-fix :( she was positive for Entamoeba invadens. Doing okay now after several doses. I went ahead and treated my whole crew after that though.

i have heard a lot about people feeding there leopard geckos the roaches... what is such i plus about them rather then crickets or mealworms??... i have a small breeding group now and they are all babies and should be able to breed within 7-10 months and they are gaining weight VERY fast

Dubias are very high in protein, a little bit higher in protein than crickets, but about the same nutritional value - but unlike crickets they don't smell, easier to breed, don't die off like crickets, don't fly, don't escape, easier to catch, the positives of dubia roaches are endless. Besides, I think they're so damned cute. Oh yeah, and they don't make that chirping noises! They do make quite a racket during feeding time though because they're quite large, other than that they're great.

And forkedtung, I have absolutely no idea what you said in spanish, I hope it was good. I do know what you mean about the cresteds not taking to the dubia roaches, leos are the same too, some go for them, some don't.

Nice Crested Geckos!

I use to have a pair byself, they were amazing trained jumpers.
Use to jump from hand to hand when I told them too.. Amazing geckos by far.

Lanita, Have you bred any yet? I have an Olive I bought that gave me two eggs shortly after I got her, I have: an Olive and a Golden, both females, a probably partial pin male and an orange male, that mostly stays a ghostly white. I want about 4 more...I keep mine in planted vivariums and everyone is doing great on the CGD.

I'm going to start breeding them next year, my creamsicle male is going to be one of them, not sure which female to put him with. I'm looking for a female halloween harlequin to start a halloween project because I think the halloween harley I got from pangea is a male, hard to tell yet since it's only 5 grams even louping it. I'll definitely update and stuff when I start breeding.
