Bad Guy Josh M Braeden. this guy is a scammer(beware)

A couple of weeks ago I got a response to may Marbled salamander ad on kingsnake from this guy. He had a small list of reptiles that he wanted to trade for some marbles. I told him I was interested in an adult red tegu, 1 mangrove monitor, 2 ackies monitors and a small blood python. He told me he would trade all 5 animals for 35 marbled salamanders. Well, we were suppose to ship last tuesday oct 13 2009, but I couldnt ship that day so I emailed him and told him I would have to ship wed. He explained to me that he had already shipped and asked that I please ship ASAP on wed. I told Him that would be fine. well I shipped around lunch time on wed and expected his package that day as well. when the package never showed up I emailed him to see what the heck was going on. he said he thought I was scamming him, so he had the package rerouted back to him.(although fedex told me,later, that one was never sent.) He this said he was sorry and that it would be to me friday. the package never came and he didnt answer emails thur or fri. finally sat I emailed him and told him that I had been scammed before and this was starting to look like a scam. He had the nerve to email me back and say"Fool you once, shame on them, fool you twice shame on you ". after that email I told him he must not reallize that internet fraud is illegal and I would have to call his local police dep and post on fauna. He then send a quick email back saying dont worry, it will be there tue. I am expecting the package today and he could have actually sent it this time, but I wanted to go ahead and post this so others will know his intentions. The only reason he is shipping me(maybe) is when I told him I would call the police. He was going to scam me and I dont want it to happen to anyone else. Im not a computer person, but I did try and find out something about this guy, but found nothing. all I have is his email and address. Sorry about the emails. you will have to read them from bottom to top. I think I got them all.
