That is not true. I was extremely unhappy with the ball python I received from you, but posted nothing on the BOI because I was happy to have her back and there is no way she's leaving here again.
I sold a CH albino ball python to him and shipped her out in tip top shape, as well as nice and chunky. I instantly regretted selling her, and when I saw her being offered for sale a few months later I jumped on it. I was charged $100 more than I sold her for, but I paid it because I wanted her back. What I received from Mr. Ashwood was a filthy reused box padded with toilet paper on the inside. (Yes, toilet paper for cushioning a snake, and not even a lot of it.) She was over 100 grams lighter than she was when she left here, and had at least a dozen glaring bite marks on her neck. I complained about the bite marks, saying that is something that should have been told up front. I was accused of being a liar, as our OP is. When you pay premium price for an animal, it should be shipped out perfect, if not you tell your buyer. That's good customer service. The snake went right into quarantine, and the bites thankfully eventually healed with ointment and regular cleaning. And yes, those were bites. They had a regular pattern to them. I did not bring it to the BOI because I didn't think it thread-worthy. She had, after all, arrived alive and I was happy to see her. To be honest, I am not surprised this thread popped up, and I suspect it will not be the last.
I'm sorry, I refuse to believe this guy knows as much as he thinks he does about snake care. And before I'm accused of being a liar and blah blah blah.. There's a lot of things I am, but one thing I am not is a liar. Those who know me know that. Blunt yes, liar no.
