    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I dont think this guy is telling the truth either, but I do have to say.......no1 has to technically pay taxes.....its in the Constitution........but u also wont be able to claim any benefits or anything else that the government has to offer if you want to........that includes getting utilities for your home....they will try to screw u over as much as possible.

Why yes Chuck I get paid in peanuts... And yes I am legally eligible to be employed in the US...would you like for me to post my social security card so i can prove to the world that i am a citizen of the US? Because what is going to make you believe I'm telling the truth right?..This is ridiculous.. And as some sort of proof if anyone finds it acceptable. There was another "inquiry" about TOC on 11/20/09 on the BOI (http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=155735)..I made no post on that..why? because I worked there..

Maybe you should talk to your boss and tell him it would be a really really good thing to refund that dude ALL his money back....before someone gets it in their head to call the IRS and start a whole :censored: storm of problems for him that he really don't need. It would be a really good way of ending it and maybe everyone just forgets about the whole situation. I bet they do if the guy posts he got ALL his money back. Vet fees too, if he really wants people to forget.

I myself am very busy, so I cant commit the time, but lots of folks here can find the time to make the call.

I suggested that one way to prove you weren't the manager when you posted in favor of TOC was to post your most recent pay stub - showing a year to date summary of your earnings. I really wasn't trying to learn how much you earn or what you earn but rather WHEN you started earning it.

You stated you get paid in cash. FINE.

You don't want to answer my questions. FINE.

You want to be sarcastic. FINE.

But quit whining because no one believes you.

I am just asking the questions that appear to need an answer. I, like others, are always looking for holes in stories. People that are lying tend to hang themselves with enough rope.

I actually believe your story, knowing that the default setting on fauna subscribes you to any thread you post on. You then get an email response when it is replied to. You description of how you became employed by TOC is also not unrealistic.

I hope that you are being honest and willing to do what is right in the future. The only test for that is time. If your boss feels differently I hope that you can convince him that good customer service will bring repeat buyers, and will build public confidence that they are buying healthy, quality animals from someone who will stand behind the animals they sell.

As far as I can see, Alex has been the guy trying to get Kelvin to do the right thing. I'm not ready to call him a good guy yet, but I am willing to give him a chance. Time will tell if he stays with Touch of Class, or moves on....I truly believe he knows what it's costing him.

Full disclosure: He just reached out to me and asked me to help out here. He's trying to do the right thing, but he's finding it very hard with all of the digging. I believe he did try his best, and that Kelvin wouldn't budge. I also believe he was frustrated with Kelvin since the beginning of the ETB thread. I have a pretty good reputation here, and I wouldn't be saying what I am if I didn't believe it to be true.

Alex.....Screw up, and I'm leading the lynch mob!

Alex has been very cooperative in every conversation that I have had with him. Though I cannot attest to his personal character, nor will I, I can say that sometimes good people do get caught in the cross fire. I wish you the best of luck Alex as this certainly has been a learning experience for all of us.
