Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

On August 31st I sent Kelvin Soto a 50 lot of bearded dragons. He promised to pay me but hasn't and after many phone calls he changed his number. I have been ripped off again. $1312 later. Stay away from this guy. Cindy
 
Jesus.. someone has to sue this guy eventually, he's a well documented criminal! He should absolutely not be allowed to even own, let alone distribute anything that breathes..

I second that, please combine the threads. There is a reason why it is suggested (or use to be suggested) in the BOI Rules that one do a search for the topic of their thread and then add to an existing thread, NOT start a new thread. It keeps it simpler that way!
 
Wow,is there a record for most "BAD GUY" post running simultaneously ? Should be consolidated as Kelli suggested .Maybe Harald can handle this one .
 
I asked if it was acceptable to do that a long time ago - about a different thread, of course. The simple answer is no

In this business its strictly get paid then ship. dont hold out any hope of being paid by kelvin soto.

He has shown to be the wrong guy to do business with. :(

I am living and learning for sure. I have totally lost hope in getting paid. I just hope others catch up with fauna and don't do business with this guy. It's a bummer because one bad guy can make others second guess about the good guys.

I just recently got hit by them as well and may (enphasis on may) be getting a refund this wednesday. I will let you know how it goes but my point in mentioning that is that this may be a good time for you to hound him as well. The man owes you money, don't let him get away with that. I'll loan my support in any way I can.

Hope you are able to reach a favorable out come for your complaint as well. I agree, this guy needs to be shut down.

Thanks Jason, I hope you do get your refund. I had his personal cell phone number and called him many times. He ended up changing his number. I will try calling the business number but have pretty much given up any hope of getting my money back.
 
This guy just does not stop does he?

I love that I got the ban-hammer for calling him out in his ad. Guess I wasn't too far off, just picked the wrong place to call him out!
 
With Kingsnake, three complaints against him and he will be able advertise there. I just hope others are aware that they can report his abuse in Kingsnake.
